Being named a DFW Child Mom Approved provider for 2026 is an honor.

But what means the most to me isn’t being on the list itself.

It’s the moms who trust me when:
🩷 Their back hurts from carrying kids all day
🩷 Their hips ache after pregnancy
🩷 Their workouts keep causing pain
🩷 They feel like they’ve tried everything and nothing has worked

Thank you to every patient who has trusted me with their care and shared their experience with others.

I’m grateful to serve this community and help people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love.

🩷 Thank you for your support.

You’ve probably been told:

❌ Your core is weak.
❌ Your hamstrings are tight.
❌ Your pelvic floor needs Kegels.
❌ You just need to stretch more.

But what if those aren’t actually the problem?

One of the biggest things I teach in our workshops is that the body doesn’t work in isolated parts.

Your pelvic floor doesn’t work alone.
Your core doesn’t work alone.
Your glutes don’t work alone.

They’re part of a team.

So when your hamstrings feel tight, it may not be because they need more stretching.

When your core feels weak, it may not be because you need more ab exercises.

When your pelvic floor isn’t functioning well, it may not be because it needs more Kegels.

Sometimes the real issue is that the system isn’t coordinating the way it’s supposed to.

That’s why so many people tell me:

“I’ve tried stretching.”
“I’ve tried exercises.”
“I’ve tried treatment.”

And yet nothing changed.

Not because they weren’t trying hard enough.

But because no one had identified what was actually driving the problem.

You don’t always need more exercises.

You need the right exercises.

You don’t always need more treatment.

You need treatment that addresses the root cause.

The body is smarter and more connected than most people realize.

That’s where lasting change starts.

What area of your body always feels tight no matter how much you stretch?

So you found some weak links… now what? (If you don’t know what I’m talking about go check out our last reel)

This is where most people go wrong, they jump into random exercises and hope something sticks. Even worse if your provider gave you random exercises without figuring out the root cause first.

But your body doesn’t need more effort.
It needs better direction.

If your foot is collapsing → start with control (short foot, toe work)
If your ankle is stiff → restore motion before loading it
If your hips aren’t doing their job → your foot will keep paying for it.

Because here’s the truth: You can’t out-stretch or out-strengthen a problem you don’t understand.

These are simple starting points to help your body relearn how to load and stabilize from the ground up.

Consistency > complexity
Awareness > intensity

And if you’re tired of guessing… we’ll map it out for you. 💙 this is a starting point, but if you need us we are here!

Some women work out for fitness goals.

Some women work out because it’s the only hour their brain finally gets quiet. It’s mental survival.

Because motherhood is beautiful…but it’s also mentally loud.

The schedules.
The snacks.
The appointments.
The constant responsibility.
The guilt when you try to choose yourself.

Movement becomes more than exercise. Nobody needs you. Your brain slows down. You’re you again.

It becomes:

🩷 stress relief
🩷 emotional regulation
🩷 identity
🩷 breathing room
🩷 survival

And when pain starts taking that away too… it affects so much more than just your body.

You deserve to move without fear.
You deserve to feel strong again.
You deserve care too.

That’s why helping women move without pain matters so much to us.

Because this was never just about fitness.

Tag a mom who would feel seen by this and save this for the days you forget it. 🩷

Taking care of yourself is one of the best ways to be able to take care of them..

Most moms don’t come in to our office because they have extra time, money or energy. In fact, it’s often the opposite. They are feeling frustrated, limited and short on patience because their tightness, pain or dysfunction are starting to consume them mentally and emotionally.

It doesn’t have to be “that bad” to want to live life differently.

It’s not selfish to want to workout without pain. It’s not selfish to want to wake up without back pain or stiffness. It’s not selfish to want to feel better.

Choosing yourself isn’t a luxury. It’s your survival strategy 💙 and we are here to help. Start with a quick call, let us hear your story - what you’ve tried, what helps, what doesn’t - we’d love to help you feel better and honestly, you deserve it! If “nothing has worked” for your foot pain… it’s probably because no one actually looked at your foot in context or watched how your whole body moves.

“Plantar fasciitis” isn’t always a foot problem. It’s often a load + control problem coming from somewhere else.

Your foot is just the place that’s yelling. The problem may not be in the foot at all.

I see this all the time:
You’ve tried stretching, inserts, rest… maybe even injections.
You’re frustrated, in pain, feeling depressed and it’s impacting your life…

But no one checked:
- if your ankle can actually move
- if your big toe can stabilize
- if your hips are controlling your position
- why you needed the arch support to begin with

So the pain keeps coming back.

Before you try another “fix”, you need to understand what your body is actually doing.

Run through these 3 quick tests and pay attention to what shows up. That’s your starting point, not another random exercise or another new pair of shoes.

If you want help connecting the dots, that’s literally what we do at Edge. 💙 Click the link in our bio to find out how you can get started!

Everyone has something going on… but some women still choose to feel better

It’s not that their lives are easier, they’re just tired of living in pain. They don’t want to live like that anymore or they don’t want it to get worse. They realized their kids were watching and learning - they didn’t like what they saw.

Tired of putting it off
Tired of starting over
Tired of “it’s not that bad yet”
Tired of their pain and tightness becoming part of the identity their kids see

They didn’t find more time
They made a different decision

If you’ve been waiting for the “right time”…this is it!

You deserve to feel good in your body again DM “EDGE” to start

You keep showing up for everyone else. Braces, cars, appointments, schedules… it all gets handled.

But your pain?
“It’s not that bad.”
“I’ll deal with it later.”
“There’s just no time right now.”

Here’s the truth:
It’s not not important… it’s just been pushed down the list.

Until one day it’s not optional anymore. You don’t want to wait until the wheels fall off your car, so why make your body wait?

Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish.
It’s leadership.
It’s modeling what health actually looks like for your kids.

And it doesn’t have to wait until it’s debilitating.

You’re not “too busy.”
You’ve just gotten really good at putting yourself last.

Your kids get what they need.
Your husband gets what he needs.
Everything gets prioritized… except you.

And because your pain isn’t unbearable (yet), you’ve convinced yourself it can wait.

But prevention is cheaper. Starting today is cheaper.
Cheaper in time, money, and energy than waiting until it’s a problem you can’t ignore.

You’ll figure it out for everyone else.
You always do.

So why is your pain the thing that waits?

Just because it’s not debilitating… doesn’t mean it’s not costing you.

Self-care isn’t selfish.
It’s the standard your kids will grow up to follow. 💙

Using “hallelujah” for more than just the big moments ✨

Justin Bieber hits different when you realize…

It’s not just about feeling better for a couple hours or a day…
It’s about finally understanding your body.

It’s about:
🙌 Not being dismissed
🙌 Not being rushed
🙌 Not being told “this is just how it is”

You deserve care that actually looks for answers
You deserve to feel strong, capable, and in control of your body again.

If you’ve been told your pain is “normal”… it’s time to question that! Hallelujah 🙌
