One of the biggest misconceptions about nutrition coaching is that the first thing I’m going to tell you is to eat less.
In reality…
Before we ever talk about eating less, I’m looking at what might be missing.
Is there enough protein to keep you satisfied?
Are we getting fiber and color from whole foods?
Are you eating enough carbohydrates to support your energy and workouts?
Are there healthy fats to help keep your meals balanced and satisfying?
Because so many women have spent years trying to shrink their portions instead of asking a much more important question:
“Is this meal actually nourishing me?”
I’m not interested in helping you eat the least amount of food possible.
I’m interested in helping you build meals that:
✨ Support your hormones
✨ Keep your blood sugar more stable
✨ Fuel your workouts and recovery
✨ Help you feel energized throughout the day
✨ Leave you satisfied - not constantly thinking about your next meal
To me, nutrition isn’t about restriction.
It’s about balance.
It’s about choosing more whole, nourishing foods most of the time while still leaving room for the meals, celebrations and moments that make life enjoyable.
Because that’s what creates a lifestyle you can actually sustain.
And that’s exactly how I coach my clients.
Whether we’re working together one-on-one or you’re inside the FuelHerFlow Community, my goal isn’t to hand you another list of foods to avoid.
It’s to teach you how to nourish your body with confidence, build balanced meals without overthinking them, and create habits that last long after a meal plan ends.
If you’ve been trying to figure nutrition out on your own and you’re ready for guidance that’s personalized to your goals, lifestyle and body, I’d love to help.
