Lamination over my Combo Brows (2 years old) and Top & Bottom Clusters , found time to do my set and document and share with yall, if I’m not busy taking care of your brows and lashes 😊 I’ll be trying to find time to do mines! βœ…I’ve used Retinol so there’s alittle redness, friendly reminder if your skin is sensitive, lamination may bring minor skin irritation due to the chemical process from use of lamination solution!

✨ BROW COLOR CORRECTION β€” WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT? ✨

If your brows were previously tattooed and have faded gray, blue, ashy, red, or another unwanted tone, color correction may be needed before we can achieve your desired brow color.

Common Questions:
β€œCan you just put brown over my old brows?”
Not always. If the old pigment has shifted to an unwanted color, simply adding brown may not properly neutralize it. I first evaluate the existing pigment and determine what corrective tone is needed.

β€œWhy do my brows look so warm/orange/red immediately after correction?”
This can be completely normal. Corrective pigments are intentionally chosen to counteract the unwanted undertone. Usually by adding warmth to neutralize cool or vice versa. Immediately after is NOT the final color. As the brows heal, the color softens and settles.

β€œWill one session fix them?”
Sometimesβ€”but many corrections require 2 or more sessions. This depends on how dark and saturated the previous tattoo is, the color it has faded to, your skin, scar tissue, and how your skin retains pigment.

β€œWhy do we have to wait between sessions?”
Your skin needs time to completely heal and reveal the true healed color. Adding more pigment too soon can compromise the skin and makes it difficult to accurately judge what the brows need next.

β€œCan you completely cover any old brow tattoo?”
No. If the existing tattoo is too dark, too saturated, heavily scarred, or the shape is significantly outside the desired new shape, removal or lightening may be recommended before additional tattooing.

β€œWill my corrected brows look like the immediately-after photo?”
No! Fresh PMU is typically darker, warmer and more intense than the healed result. The healed result is what matters. ✨

Color correction is a process of neutralizing, healing, reassessing, and refining. Every client’s starting point is different, so the number of sessions and final outcome will vary.
