Often, we are all searching for peace. More peace in our day, more peaceful interactions, or just a little peace and quiet. Throughout the ages, various sages and saints have provided us practices for attaining a little more peace. The "Four Brahma VIharas" (or divine attitudes) are a practice of Eastern Philosophies that can help us in our search for peace today.
