Today was a bittersweet one. ❤️

We had our last supper with our owner, mentor, and friend, Natalie Watts, and celebrated all of our September birthdays—Natalie, D.C., Darretta, and Melanie. 🎂🥂

Natalie didn’t just open a home care business—she built something from the heart. What started as a vision to serve seniors and families grew into something much bigger, eventually expanding to a second franchise location in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Along the way, the business grew, but so did the number of lives touched.

Her leadership has helped shape so many of us professionally. She gave office staff opportunities to grow, learn, lead, and discover their strengths. She created opportunities for caregivers to work, serve, and make a difference in the lives of others. Most importantly, through this agency, countless clients and families have received care, compassion, support, and peace of mind when they needed it most.

As the business transitions to Dovida - Little Rock and Dovida - Hot Springs, both sold as corporate locations, we are grateful that so much of what makes this agency special remains the same….the same team, the same caregivers, and the same mission - to care for seniors with heart. Natalie has remained committed to both locations throughout this transition.

Today was a celebration, but it was also emotional. We are going to miss seeing Natalie, her leadership, her wisdom, and her presence—but we are also genuinely happy for her. She deserves more well-needed rest, relaxation, traveling, and plenty of family time. ❤️✈️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Natalie, you are leaving behind more than a business. You are leaving a legacy. A legacy built on service, leadership, opportunity, and the many lives you have impacted along the way.

Thank you for believing in us, investing in us, challenging us, spoiling us, and giving us the opportunity to be part of something that has meant so much to you and so many.

We love you, Natalie, and we will miss you dearly. Here’s to your next chapter—you deserve every bit of it! 🥂❤️
