It wasn't like I wasn't doing anything.
I have always been a runner and a yogi.
But, strength training...no thank you.
And, as far as eating healthy...if I am trying a new diet every few months that counts, right??
It wasn't until I started this program that all the pieces came together for me.

🎯 I had not worked for 6 months when I started this program, so I definitely didn't have the extra money to throw around. But the investment in myself and the health and happiness of my family has returned 10 fold over the last few months.
🎯 With two kids doing remote learning and the responsibility of keeping our household running while Erik worked 60 hour weeks, I definitely didn't have the time. But, I learned to get up one hour before everyone else for my "ME" time and now I can't go without it.
