It’s not always easy to put into words why I’m so passionate about living, breathing, and sharing doTERRA. I just wish everyone could understand and love these oils from the very beginning like I did.

After a difficult experience with synthetic medication, I began searching for a better, more natural path. While helping a kind woman design a flyer about peppermint essential oil, I read about its incredible benefits—and decided to try it for myself.

Are you content? When you wake up each morning are you confident that it’s going to be a happy day? No matter what is going on in your life right now, be the happiest and best you in the situation. There are so many positive people out there that you can follow and learn from. Make sure they’re in the ones that are on the top of your list. A month ago at a doTerra convention, I met Billy Blanks the creator of tae bo. Someone asked him How he picks himself up from a bad day. His reply was that he doesn’t have a bad day, if he wakes up in the morning he’s already won. Make it a great day.
