30M hx hx granulomatous inflammation of te**es now with episodes of aphasia, HA, vertigo. MRI foci PV enhancement left frontal encephalomalacia/gliosis. Blood products in both frontal lobes and cerebellum. Bx (below) showed granulomatous meningitis. ANCA neg. He died at age 40 from interstitial lung dz.
