Our evening session of our Global Herbal Foundations program kicks off this Tuesday October 20th 6:00 - 8:30 p.m.

While sitting in circle, in community, enjoying tea, learning, and creating, the world of herbalism begins to unfold. It is a deeply grounding practice to learn herbalism in this way, hands on, touching the plants, working with them, and exploring the land around us. I hope that you will join us!

Does making your own herbal remedies and learning about global healing traditions and rituals call to you? We will explore Celtic, Galenic, Mayan, and Shamanic healing, woven through foundational herbal preparations and principles. Discover the plants. Know their story. Understand their properties and their spirit that can support our health and well-being. Journey down the road with Bridget Molloy for a bi-monthly gathering study of herbalism and herbal medicine in person.

Our favorite time of year is here in 1 week.... Global Herbal Foundations program begins Tuesday October 6th!

Taught by Certified Herbalist Bridget Molloy, you'll walk away understanding the foundations of herbalism, herbal formulations to stock your home apothecary, how to use 100 herbs to enhance your health and wellbeing, and recipes for classic herbal preparations to support yourself, family, and friends, with a deeper focus on and relationship with ~30 herbs.

Everything is in person, hands on, while we sit together in community learning herbalism spanning global healing traditions to scientific concepts to identifying and herbs growing in your backyard.

We still have a few spaces left; we do cap the course at 10 students. We also have partial scholarships available (via application) if you are seeking financial aid. Elderberry syrup and w**e making class was a hit, and SO delicious! I loved being able to share my herbal w**e making and samples from a 1 year and 2 year reserve with my class.

We will be celebrating going into our 4th year of business in October with elderberry w**e, spell jars, and a Practical Magic tickets giveaway! Stay tuned ✨

I'm just looking back at some of last year's events and collaborations still in awe and still catching up on sharing how many amazing things we have been up to. As a Mom of a 2.5 year old, the past two years since going full time with our company has been incredibly productive, but we often haven't had the chance to share. Last month we participated in the Girls Inc. of Metro Denver Movement Conference. We were thrilled to see how many high school students attended; curious to learn about business, STEM, and executive roles, and determined to reach their goals.

This summer, we have the pleasure of partnering with two students for internships to discover the world of entrepreneurship in the health and wellness industry.

We can't wait to welcome them in June for a brief but impactful internship!

Last week we had a wonderful opportunity to provide an online training for one of our product lines that is packed with nifty formulation research and impact!

This sexual wellness line empowers people to feel comfortable, confident, and connected. It was so much fun seeing the response for our product line!
