Take Your Thoughts Captive”

A spiritual discipline, not a passive feeling.
At the center of this command is a decisive act of the will:

2 Corinthians 10:5 — “…bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.”
This is not suggestion—it’s strategy. Not emotion—it’s warfare.

🧠 What It Really Means

To “take your thoughts captive” is to refuse mental passivity.
It means:
You don’t believe everything you think
You don’t entertain every idea that enters
You don’t let your mind run unchecked
Your mind is not a playground—it’s a gate.
And every thought is either:
Aligned with truth, or
In rebellion against it

⚔️ The Battle Behind the Thought

Thoughts don’t arrive neutral. They carry influence.
Some whisper:
“You’re not enough”
“God has forgotten you”
“This situation will never change”
But those aren’t just thoughts…
They are arguments against truth.
Paul calls them “imaginations” and “high things that exalt themselves against the knowledge of God.”

So the question is not:
👉 “How do I feel about this thought?”

But:
👉 “Does this thought agree with God?”

🔍 The Three-Step Discipline

1. Recognize the Thought

You can’t take captive what you don’t notice.
Slow down long enough to ask:
What am I thinking right now?
What am I believing in this moment?
Many strongholds stay strong because they stay unnoticed.

2. Examine the Thought

Hold it up to the light of Scripture.
Philippians 4:8 — Think on what is true, honest, just, pure…

Ask:
Is this true, or just loud?
Is this God’s voice, or my fear?
Does this produce faith or bo***ge?

3. Replace the Thought

You don’t win by emptying your mind, you win by renewing it.

Romans 12:2 — Be transformed by the renewing of your mind

Example:
Lie: “I’m alone”
Truth: “God said, ‘I will never leave you’” (Hebrews 13:5)
Speak truth out loud if needed.
Faith rises when truth is heard.

🔐 A Deeper Reality
If you don’t take your thoughts captive…

👉 Your thoughts will take you captive.
That’s how anxiety builds.
That’s how fear loops.
That’s how lies become identities.

But when you bring thoughts under Christ’s authority:
Peace replaces chaos
Clarity replaces confusion

WE use tuning forks in our office. Why? Well, check this out:

🔻 THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION JUST CLASSIFIED ELECTROMAGNETIC FREQUENCIES AS A "CLASS 1 THERAPEUTIC AGENT" IN AN INTERNAL DOCUMENT THAT WAS NEVER RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC. THE DOCUMENT IS DATED MARCH 14, 2026.

Not "alternative." Not "complementary." Not "under investigation." Class 1 Therapeutic Agent. The same classification as surgery and pharmaceutical intervention. Equal standing. Full recognition.

The document is 67 pages. Internal reference: WHO/HIS/SDS/2026.4. It was circulated to 14 member state health ministries on March 22nd. None of them published it. None of them held a press conference. None of them updated their national health guidelines.

A health ministry official in Estonia — a country with 1.3 million people and apparently less to lose — uploaded the document to a public health transparency portal on April 9th. It was removed within 4 hours. But the Wayback Machine archived it at 11:47 AM UTC.

Good morning Kings and Queens. Happy Friday. This is the day that the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.
Psalm 118:24

Today I want to talk to you about getting some help and getting some healing.

As many of you know, I’ve been under the weather these last couple of days. But yesterday… whew, yesterday was one of my worst days. And yet, I still tried to keep moving. Packing orders. Creating content. Taking care of my grandchildren. Cleaning the house. Washing clothes. Doing all the things I normally do like nothing was wrong.

Then my sister Karla texted me. She told me, “Take your meds and go to bed. Right now. And I mean it.” And even though it came through a text, it felt like she was standing right beside me. She’s always telling me I need rest, but I push myself anyway. I get that from my daddy. He worked hard until sickness took him out of work. Daddy didn’t put anything before work. He was a workaholic… and I inherited that same trait.

But here’s the truth: my body can’t heal because I won’t slow down long enough to let it. My mind runs 24 hours a day, even when I’m sleeping, I’m working. New ideas, new plans, new content, new business moves. And while my mind is running, my body is breaking down.

I feel like I have to handle everything. But what I need to do is ask for help. Not because I’m weak, but because I’m human.

I’m not sharing this for sympathy. I’m sharing it because somebody out there is just like me. Somebody who keeps pushing even when their body is begging them to sit down. Somebody who thinks rest is optional. Somebody who thinks the world will fall apart if they stop moving.

But hear me: You have to make time for yourself. You have to find peace in your life. You have to rest so your body can heal.

Even God Himself rested. And He commands us to take care of our temple…not destroy it.

So today, I repent. I ask God for forgiveness for not honoring the body He gave me. And I ask Him to help me do better.

“Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28

Prayer:
Father God, thank You for this Friday morning. Thank You for life, breath, and another chance to get it right. Lord, help us to slow down. Help us to rest. Help us to receive healing in our bodies, peace in our minds, and strength in our spirits. Teach us to ask for help when we need it and to stop carrying burdens You never asked us to carry. Restore us, renew us, and remind us that rest is holy. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Grateful Friday Kings and Queens! This is the day that the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

Today, I want to talk to you about counting your blessings… and blocking your blessings.

Growing up, my mama had two sayings she kept in her pocket at all times. If we were acting a little ungrateful, she’d look at us and say: “Girl, you better count your blessings.”or“Don’t you miss your blessings.”

Back then, it went in one ear and out the other. But now? Whew… now it hits different.

As I started walking deeper in my spiritual journey, God opened my eyes to all the things I took for granted. And one of the biggest lessons He taught me was this:

Ungratefulness is one of the biggest blessing blockers.
Not sin. Not enemies.Not lack.
Not haters….Ungratefulness.

Just simply refusing to see what God has already done.

Because here’s the truth:
Being grateful for where you are right now opens the door for where God is taking you next.

No, you may not be where you want to be. Yes, life may feel heavy sometimes. But it could always be worse, and someone out there would trade places with you in a heartbeat.

If you opened your eyes this morning… be grateful. If you can breathe on your own… be grateful. If you can get out of bed, walk to the kitchen, and make a cup of coffee… be grateful. If you can look at your loved ones…no matter how many you have left, be grateful.
If you have a job, a source of income, a support system, a roof, a car, a meal… be grateful.

Because when you walk around with a “woe is me” attitude…
When you say “nobody cares, nobody helps me”… When you focus only on what’s missing…

You’re not just complaining.
You’re blocking your blessings.

Gratitude is the key that unlocks the next door.

The Word says:
“In everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” — 1 Thessalonians 5:18

“Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits.” — Psalm 103:2

Father, thank You for every blessing…seen and unseen.
Thank You for breath, strength, family, provision, and protection.
Forgive us for the times we’ve complained instead of praised.
Teach us to recognize Your goodness in every moment.
Help us walk in gratitude so we never miss the blessings You have for us. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

So today, look around at everything God has done for you.
Count your blessings… and like Mama used to say, don’t miss your blessings.

Happy Thursday! This is the day that the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it today.

Today I want to talk to you about living worry‑free.

As I’m writing this, my mind goes back to a visit with my dad, just a week before God called him home. My daddy was a worrier. If it wasn’t a bill, it was his health… if it wasn’t his health, it was something else. He carried a heavy worrying spirit for most of his life.

But that last week… something shifted.

Instead of complaining, I heard gratitude. Instead of fear, I heard peace. He grabbed my sister Kim’s hand and said, “Thank you for all you’ve done for me… I love you.” He prayed more, worshipped more, listened more. He got closer to God in that one week than I had ever seen.

And that taught me something:
Worrying never changed anything…but God always did.

The Word tells us:
• “Cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you.” — 1 Peter 5:7
• “Do not worry about tomorrow…” — Matthew 6:34
• “Be anxious for nothing…” — Philippians 4:6

Worry is not just stress… it’s a distraction. It pulls your mind away from God and opens the door for the enemy to whisper lies. Remember, he comes to steal, kill, and destroy.

So I want you to think about something: When has God not worked it out for you?

Go ahead… think back.You won’t find a moment…because you’re still here.
Still breathing.
Still standing.
Still covered.

If He brought you this far, why worry now?

Free yourself. Do it today. Do it right now.

Say this with me:
“I permit myself to live free from worry, in the name of Jesus. Amen.”

Let’s pray:
Father, in the name of Jesus, we release every worry, every fear, every anxious thought. Replace it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
