Heart Chakra Rose Tonic

A beautiful, soothing blend created to invite a little more love, warmth, and heart-centered nourishment into your day.

✨ You’ll need:
• 1 tbsp ginger — tea bag or fresh ginger peels
• 3 cups water
• 2 tbsp hibiscus flowers or 1 hibiscus tea bag
• 1½ tsp hawthorn berries
• Honey, to taste
• ⅓ tsp rose water

🌿 To prepare:
Boil the ginger, hibiscus, and hawthorn berries, then allow to steep. Strain and add honey and rose water.
Enjoy it hot or iced!

A little reminder to slow down, breathe deeply, and make space for your heart.

Sip. Soften. Open. Receive. 💗

Monday Message

The little known Higher Heart Chakra:

There is a place within the heart that asks us to love beyond the personal.

Often called the Higher Heart or Thymus Chakra, it is associated with an aqua-blue light and sits between the heart and throat. It invites us beyond romantic love, friendship, and even self-love into something wider: compassion, reverence and love for Creation itself.

It is the place where love becomes less about what belongs to us and more about recognizing that we belong to something greater.

Can I love the Earth without needing anything from her? Can I care about people I will never meet? Can I hold compassion for another without carrying their suffering? Can I look at the oceans, animals, trees and humanity and remember that the same sacred life moves through us all?

Higher Heart love is simply this:
I do not need to possess something in order to love it.

I invite you to try this today:
Place one hand over your heart and the other just above it, at the notch of your collar bone. Imagine a soft aqua-blue light beneath your hands. With each breath, allow it to expand, first around you, then those you love, your community, the Earth, and finally beyond anything you personally know.
Nothing to fix. Nothing to carry. Just love.

Say aloud:
“May I meet life with an open heart.
May my love become compassion.
May my compassion become action.
May my presence leave this Earth more loved than I found it.”

Higher Heart Tea ritual:
Steep butterfly pea flower with rose, lemon balm and a little spearmint. Butterfly pea creates a beautiful deep blue tea, giving us a lovely visual connection to the aqua-blue Higher Heart.
(I will be offering this tea blend in the shop in September!)
Before your first sip, think of something you deeply love that could never belong to you—the ocean, the moon, a forest, birdsong, the Earth itself.
Then quietly remind yourself:
All of this belongs to Creation.
And I belong to it, too.
