AMY’s SLUMBER PARTY 2025 Rules
Saturday, February 22nd
It's that time of year again, so here are the procedures to how everything will run at the event.
We have six (6) artists to accommodate the event.
YOU MAY NOT PRE-REGISTER THROUGH OUR WEBSITE
1. Early sign-ups start at 4pm in the Champagne Room.
2. General sign-ups begin at 5pm in our booth in the Main Ballroom.
3. First come, first served, in order on the list.
4. The first 12 - 20 on the list are encouraged to stay near our booth while waiting their turn.
5. We will text you as we approach your name on the list. Please pay attention to your phone.
5a. You'll have 15 minutes to arrive, or we will move down the list.
6. We will have many books of pre-designed flash to choose from.
7. If you bring your own design, they MUST fall under the following conditions...
A. 3" x 3" or smaller.
B. Pre-drawn / traced or easily made into a stencil from a phone image.
C. Limited colors and shading. Simple designs.
D. Take 30 minutes or less to complete
8. Event Minimum is $100, or at artist's discretion.
9. Groups of two (2) or more getting the same tattoo will be assigned one artist for easy work flow.
10. You may request your artist, if you're willing to wait for them.
11. No tattoos on the face, neck, ears, ribs, hands, or fingers.
We must get through as many event guests as possible. Please save more complex and larger designs for a private booking at our shop. Not every artist at the event works at Acala Tattoo, so if you like their work, make sure to snag their business card.
PLEASE DON"T GIVE OUR ASSISTANT BRIAN A HARD TIME. It's a lot to organize and manage.
EVERYONE MUST SIGN A CONSENT FORM AND HAVE VALID IDENTIFICATION
