The cooler weather isn’t the only thing making its way in! Flu activity is already on the rise, and it’s never too early to start taking your health seriously. 🦠

Here are a few things worth knowing:
✨ The flu can spread before you even realize you’re sick.
✨ Symptoms can hit suddenly and include fever, chills, body aches, cough, sore throat, and extreme fatigue.

🎱 A question from the bowl!

Q: Why do I have to wait after waxing before getting laser hair removal?

Waxing removes the hair from the root, while laser hair removal works by targeting the pigment in the hair follicle. When the root has been removed, there’s less for the laser to target — which can make the treatment less effective.

✨ For the best results, allow the hair to regrow before your laser appointment and avoid waxing or tweezing between treatments.
