If you’re trying to eat more protein, Costco can make it SO much easier!

One of the best ways to stay consistent with nutrition is to keep easy protein options on hand. When you’re hungry and short on time, having something you can grab quickly can be the difference between throwing together a balanced meal and hitting the drive-thru.

Some great Costco staples to look for:
🥤 Ready-to-drink protein shakes
🍗 Chicken breast & rotisserie chicken
🥣 Greek yogurt & cottage cheese
🥚 Eggs
🐟 Salmon & tuna
🥩 Lean ground beef
🍫 Protein bars

You don’t need every “high-protein” product you see. Start with REAL FOOD protein sources, then use convenient options like shakes and bars to fill in the gaps when you need them.

💡 My Costco tip: Pick 2–3 proteins for meals + 2 grab-and-go options each trip. Pair them with fruits, veggies and a few easy carbs, and you have the makings of simple meals all week.

High protein doesn’t have to be complicated—it just helps to have the right foods in the house!

Save this for your next Costco run! 📌

We made it to Day 30! 🙌 And I want to finish this series by bringing everything we’ve talked about together.

Healthy eating doesn’t have to mean following a complicated meal plan or eating the same foods every day. Once you understand how to build a meal, the possibilities are endless.

Use this simple formula:
🍗 1. Pick your protein: chicken, fish, lean beef, turkey, eggs, tofu
🥦 2. Add produce: aim for 1–2 cups of veggies or fruit
🍠 3. Choose your carbs: rice, potatoes, beans, fruit, whole grains
🥑 4. Add healthy fat & flavor: avocado, nuts, cheese, dressing, sauces

Then adjust the portions to fit your calorie needs.

That could look like a chicken bowl today, salmon and veggies tomorrow, a turkey wrap for lunch, steak and sweet potato for dinner, or eggs and veggies when you need something FAST.

You don’t need a perfect meal. You need a simple formula you can use over and over again. ❤️

Over the last 30 days, we’ve talked about condiments, coffee, fast food, restaurant meals, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks and more, all to show you that you don’t have to give up real life to reach your goals.

Calories matter, but knowing how to make them work for your life matters too.

Save this graphic. 📌 The next time you’re wondering “What should I eat?” come back to it!

Small choices. Consistency. Real results. That’s the goal.

Ever eat a snack and feel hungry again 20 minutes later?

The problem may not be that you need more food, you may just need a snack with a little more staying power.

Instead of grabbing something that’s mostly carbs, try pairing foods to include PROTEIN & FIBER and/or HEALTHY FAT. That combination can help make your snack more satisfying and hold you over until your next meal.

Some easy ideas:
🥣 Greek yogurt & berries
🥑 Turkey & avocado roll-ups
🍍 Cottage cheese & pineapple
🍎 Apple & almond butter
🥤 Protein smoothie
🥚 Hard-boiled eggs & veggies
🐟 Tuna & whole-grain crackers
🧀 Cheese, nuts & grapes
🫛 Edamame
🥩 Beef jerky & string cheese

And remember, a snack isn’t automatically “healthy” just because the package says organic, natural, gluten-free or keto. Calories still count, and protein matters when you’re trying to stay satisfied.

Your snack should have a job: help bridge the gap between meals, not turn into another meal! ❤️

If your air fryer has been sitting on the counter collecting dust…this is your sign to USE IT! 😂

The air fryer is one of my favorite tools for making a quick, high-protein dinner without a lot of added oil or cleanup.

Tonight’s ideas are all under 500 calories and built around protein:
🍋 Lemon Pepper Chicken & green beans
🐟 Garlic Parmesan Salmon & broccoli
🍤 Spicy Shrimp & veggies
🍗 BBQ Chicken Thighs & Brussels sprouts
🥩 Steak Bites & potatoes

Notice the formula we’ve been using throughout this series: pick your protein, add plenty of produce, then add a portion of carbs or healthy fats that fits your needs. It really can be that simple!

And don’t think you have to follow these meals exactly. Swap the vegetables, change the seasoning, use a different potato, make it something YOU and your family will actually eat. ❤️

Healthy eating doesn’t require complicated recipes. Sometimes it’s chicken, veggies, seasoning, an air fryer…and DINNER IS DONE! 👏

Busy day? Let the crockpot do the work!

Eating healthier does not mean standing in the kitchen every night cooking complicated meals. Sometimes the best plan is throwing a few simple ingredients into the crockpot in the morning and coming home to dinner DONE.

Try one of these:
🍯 Honey Garlic Chicken
🌮 Slow Cooker Taco Chicken
🥕 Beef & Veggie Stew
🍅 Creamy Italian Chicken
🐷 BBQ Pulled Pork

The best part? These meals are built around protein, easy to pair with veggies, and make GREAT leftovers for lunch the next day.

Make it even easier: Double the recipe and freeze half. One night of prep can give you several meals!

Remember, your meals don’t have to be fancy to help you reach your goals. Simple meals you can consistently make will beat complicated “perfect” meals every time.

Set it. Forget it. Come home to dinner. 🙌

Need something FAST for breakfast, lunch, or even dinner? Wrap it up!

Wraps are one of my favorite ways to make a quick meal because you can change the protein, veggies and sauce and have a completely different meal every time.

The basic formula is simple:
🌯 Start with your favorite tortilla
🍗 Add a good source of protein
🥬 Load it up with veggies
🥑 Add a little healthy fat if you want it
🥣 Finish with a flavorful sauce or dressing, just be mindful of the amount

Try combinations like:
🥑 Turkey & avocado
🥗 Chicken Caesar
🥒 Tuna & cucumber
🌶️ Buffalo chicken
🥕 Veggies & hummus

And don’t get hung up on making the exact wrap shown! Use leftover chicken from dinner, deli turkey, canned tuna, whatever veggies are in the refrigerator, and the sauce you actually enjoy.

Healthy eating gets a whole lot easier when you stop thinking every meal needs to be a recipe. Sometimes you just need a simple formula you can repeat with different foods.

Save this one for the next time you’re staring into the refrigerator wondering, “What am I going to eat?”

No meal prep? That doesn’t automatically mean fast food!

One of my favorite tricks for busy days is to treat the grocery store like your own personal drive-thru. Walk in, grab a few simple ingredients, and you can put together a filling lunch in minutes, no cooking required.

Think:
🥚 Hard-boiled eggs, veggies & hummus
🥑 Smoked salmon, avocado & crackers
🍗 Rotisserie chicken & an easy pasta salad
🍓 Chicken, spinach & strawberries
🌯 Deli turkey wraps & veggies
🐟 Tuna & white beans
🧀 A simple protein snack box
🫘 Black bean & corn salsa & chips
🥒 Hummus, veggies & crackers

The formula is simple: PROTEIN + PRODUCE + a little CARB and/or HEALTHY FAT.

You don’t need a perfectly prepped refrigerator to stay on track. You just need to know what to grab when life doesn’t go according to plan.

So next time you’re thinking, “I didn’t pack my lunch, I guess I’ll get fast food…” remember, the grocery store is an option too! 🛒

“I don’t have time to cook” doesn’t have to mean grabbing whatever is easiest when you’re starving!

Today’s meals require NO stove and NO oven, just simple ingredients you can throw together in a few minutes.

For breakfast, think:
🥣 Overnight oats with added protein
🍓 Greek yogurt & fruit
🍑 Cottage cheese & fruit
🥜 Peanut butter & banana rice cakes
🫐 A protein smoothie bowl

For lunch:
🌯 Turkey roll-ups, veggies and hummus
🥬 Chicken salad lettuce cups
🐟 Tuna snack box
🍅 Caprese-style lunch box
🧀 Ham & cheese protein box

The biggest takeaway? Healthy eating doesn’t have to mean cooking elaborate meals or meal prepping for hours every Sunday.

Keep a few proteins, fruits, veggies and easy grab-and-go staples in the refrigerator, and you can put together a satisfying meal in minutes.

Simple works. And the easier you make your plan, the easier it is to stay consistent.

One of the easiest ways to stay on track during a busy week? Have lunch figured out BEFORE you’re starving!

A good work lunch doesn’t have to involve complicated meal prep. Keep it simple: protein, veggies, and a reasonable portion of carbs and healthy fats.

These ideas are all around 350–400 calories with 25–35 grams of protein:

🥗 Chicken Caesar Salad
🌯 Turkey & Cheese Wrap
🥒 Greek Chicken Bowl
🥑 Tuna & Avocado Box
🍗 Power Protein Bowl

And remember, you don’t have to follow these combinations exactly! Don’t like quinoa? Use rice. Don’t like tuna? Swap in chicken. Have leftover veggies from dinner? Throw them in.

Use foods you like, use what you already have, and make it EASY.

Because the meal plan you can actually stick with will always beat the “perfect” one you won’t.

We’ve tackled condiments, fast food, and restaurant ordering…now let’s bring it HOME!

This week I’m sharing quick, simple meals you can actually make in real life, without a long ingredient list or spending an hour in the kitchen.

Starting with BREAKFAST!

A breakfast around 300 calories with 20–30+ grams of protein can give you plenty of food for your calories while helping you stay satisfied through the morning.

🥣 Greek yogurt & berries
🍳 Egg whites & veggies & toast
🥤 A quick protein smoothie
🍓 Cottage cheese & fruit
🥚 Turkey sausage & egg on an English muffin

Notice none of these are complicated. Healthy eating doesn’t have to be fancy!

And you don’t have to eat the exact combinations shown here. Use them as a starting point and swap ingredients based on what you like and already have at home.

This week we’ll tackle more easy, lower-calorie, high-protein breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks that make hitting your goals a whole lot easier.

Which breakfast would YOU choose—1, 2, 3, 4 or 5? 👇
