🍰 WELLNESS WEDNESDAY | NATIONAL DESSERT DAY

Yes… dessert gets a place in wellness too. 😉

Healthy living doesn’t mean never eating cake, skipping every treat, or feeling guilty because you ordered dessert.

It’s what you do most of the time that matters.

🥗 Nourish your body.
💧 Drink your water.
🚶‍♀️ Move.
😴 Prioritize sleep.
🧠 Manage your stress.

And when you want the dessert?

Eat the dessert. Enjoy it. Then move on.

One piece of cake didn’t ruin your wellness journey any more than one salad created it.

Wellness should fit into your life—not make you afraid to enjoy it. 💗

So in honor of National Dessert Day, tell me:
What dessert is ALWAYS worth it for you? 👇

💉 AESTHETIC MYTH

“If I start Botox, I’ll have to keep doing it forever.”

Nope. 😊

Botox isn’t a lifetime commitment.

It temporarily relaxes the muscles responsible for certain expression lines. Over time, the effect gradually wears off and muscle movement returns.

If you decide not to do it again, you simply go back toward your natural baseline. You don’t suddenly age faster or develop extra wrinkles because you stopped.

Now, will you want to keep doing it once you like the way you look? 😂

That’s a completely different question.

Some of my clients stay on a regular schedule. Others come a few times a year. Some only do it before a special event. And some try it once and decide it’s not for them.

There is no Botox contract. We treat your face based on your goals.

Have a Botox question you've been afraid to ask? Drop it below or message me. 💗

Things No One Told Me About Aging 😂

Apparently there were a few things everyone forgot to mention...

😂 At some point, women develop a 4 o'clock shadow and shaving is suddenly part of the routine.

💡 There is NEVER enough light. I need overhead lights, a lamp, daylight and possibly an operating-room spotlight just to read something.

🚗 And being the passenger in a car now feels life-threatening.
Why are we so close to that car?
Why are you going so fast?
DID YOU SEE HIM BRAKING?! 😳

I don't remember my mother warning me about any of this.

So help me out — what else did nobody tell us about getting older? 😂👇

🐴 FUNNY FARM SUNDAY

Somewhere along the way, my city-boy husband agreed to farm life.

I'm not sure he fully understood the job description. 😂

This week I may or may not have:

✔️ Hit the fence with the lawnmower
✔️ Run out of diesel
✔️ Done it while sitting on the side of an embankment

And who gets called when things go sideways?

The Funny Farm Maintenance Man. 🔨😂

I'm pretty sure there are days Mike looks around at the horses, the fences, the equipment—and me—and thinks:

“How exactly did THIS become my life?” 🤦‍♂️

In my defense, I do the mowing.

I also occasionally create the maintenance. 🤷‍♀️

Country girl + city boy. What could possibly go wrong? 😂

🍂 PRODUCT SPOTLIGHT SATURDAY

Gave up on retinol because your skin couldn't handle it?

You may not need to give up on retinol — you may just need a different approach.

IMAGE Skincare AGELESS Total Retinol-A Crème combines retinol with moisturizing ingredients, making it a great option for someone who wants the benefits of retinol but has struggled with dryness or irritation in the past.

Retinol can help improve the appearance of:

✨ Fine lines & wrinkles
✨ Uneven skin tone
✨ Rough texture
✨ Dullness
✨ Signs of sun damage

And fall is a great time to introduce a retinol into your skincare routine. 🍂

The key is still to start slowly and let your skin adjust. Retinol doesn't need to leave you red, peeling and miserable to be effective.

If you've avoided retinol because of a bad experience in the past, come talk to me about the AGELESS Retinol-A Crème. It may be a much better fit for your skin.

🍂 FUNNY FACE FRIDAY! 🍂

A few forehead lines, a few crow’s feet, add some straw and apparently I’m ready for a new career guarding the pumpkin patch. 😂🎃

If your fall look is feeling a little more “scarecrow” than you’d like, I happen to know someone who can help. 😉

I still have a few appointments available for Botox/Xeomin, filler, facials, peels, permanent makeup — or whatever little refresh has been on your list.

Because the goal isn’t to look different. It’s to look refreshed, confident and still completely YOU.

🍂 YOUR SUMMER SKIN IS SHOWING ☀️

The tan may be fading…but summer can leave a few things behind.

☀️ Sun damage & uneven pigmentation
💧 Dry, dehydrated skin
✨ Dull or rough texture
👀 Fine lines looking a little more noticeable

That’s why fall is one of my favorite times to work on skin.

Less intense sun exposure makes it a great time to shift from protecting your skin through summer to repairing, resurfacing and rebuilding.

And no—everyone doesn’t need the same treatment.

Depending on what your skin is showing me, we may talk about:

🍂 The Perfect Derma Peel for pigmentation, texture and overall rejuvenation
✨ ProCell Microchanneling for collagen, fine lines and texture
💧 Hydrodermabrasion Facial Treatments when your skin needs hydration, exfoliation and a reset
🧴 Home skincare to protect the results and keep making progress between treatments

Not sure what your skin needs?

That’s what I’m here for. We can look at your skin, talk about your goals and choose what actually makes sense for you.

Because fall isn't just sweater weather.

It's skin-repair season. 🍁
