Sit at your desk and type on the computer for work or school? This repetitious action can lead to injuries that you can't see or feel until the pain comes in full force. How to help with this - a massage before the pain is unbearable. By getting massage the body begins to relax and then you relax, the massage therapist can feel the area that causes this pain and by reducing the stress muscles.

Need to start some relief before your appointment, do some stretches and step away for a break every 1-2 hours. Adding movement can play a huge role.

Pedicure- is to maintain foot care. It’s not about the color of the polish.
Pedicure consists of trimming the nails, cleaning around the cuticles, removing down some of the Calluses, and a massage. How you receive that pedicure with scrubs, lotions, body butters, hot towels and soak your feet are extras.
What is not part of a pedicure is removal of engrown toe nails, or years of Crude underneath your toes.
If you have fungus- see a doctor and not a nail tech. Legally we are not allowed to do anything with engrown toe nails & fungus.
One the medical field hated anybody crossing over into their field. Two we can contaminate others who we work on after you.
So think that pedicure is all about the polish- think again. It’s caring for your feet 👣.
