✨ Experience Reiki ✨

We each come to Reiki with our own experiences, intentions, and needs.

For some, it's an opportunity to find comfort while navigating physical pain or chronic conditions. For others, it's support during times of stress, emotional challenges, or significant life changes.

And sometimes, it's simply a desire to relax, reconnect, or explore something new.

Reiki offers a gentle, supportive experience that can encourage relaxation, ease stress, and complement the ways we care for our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Whatever brings you here, I am happy to welcome and hold space for you.

✨ Presence in the Midst of Life ✨

Some weeks ask a little more of us than others.

I've been reminded lately just how meaningful my own Reiki practice is to me. After more than two decades, Reiki remains part of my daily life—not only in the work I share with others, but in the ways I care for myself.

Especially when life feels complicated.

It offers me an opportunity to be present with whatever I'm experiencing, reconnect with myself, and welcome the healing and support available through my connection to the Universe.

I don't have to have all the answers to hold space for myself.

And neither do you.

I'll be in The Sanctuary tonight from 5 PM until close for Thursday walk-in hours. 💜

If Reiki is something you've been curious about, you're welcome to stop in, ask questions, or experience a mini Reiki session for $45. A mini gives you an opportunity to experience Reiki for yourself without the commitment of a full hour.

And if Reiki has already been part of your life for a while, I'd love to hear about your experience with it too.

Something magical is coming to Makers & Mystics this November. ✨

Sacred Flame Wellness will be joining the vendors and practitioners at Mystics & Macchiatos on Saturday, November 14.

Throughout the day, I'll be offering 15-minute Intro to Reiki sessions for $20—an opportunity to experience Reiki, spend a little time in The Sanctuary, and see what the practice feels like for you.

There will be vendors, psychics, tarot, food, warm drinks, and plenty to explore throughout the indoor and outdoor spaces at Makers & Mystics.

Reiki doesn't have to be something we experience only once or reach for occasionally.

Just as we care for ourselves in other ways on an ongoing basis, Reiki can become part of the way we support our physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual well-being.

Each session is its own experience. What you bring with you may be different. What you experience may be different. What you need may be different.

A regular Reiki practice allows space for that—to continue receiving Universal Life Energy and supporting wellness in all the ways that matter to you. 💜

Curious about Reiki but not sure you're ready for a full session?

A mini Reiki session gives you an opportunity to experience Reiki in a shorter session and see what the experience is like for you.

I'll be in The Sanctuary tonight from 5 PM until close for Thursday walk-in hours. Mini sessions are available, and you're also welcome to stop in with questions or simply say hello.

Sacred Flame Wellness is located inside Makers and Mystics in Livonia. 💜

What does Reiki feel like?

That's one of the questions I'm asked most often, and there isn't one answer. People experience Reiki differently, and your own experience may even change from one session to the next.

You may notice warmth or coolness, tingling, heaviness or lightness, deep relaxation, emotion, physical sensations, or shifts in your energy. You may see colors or images, find your mind becoming very quiet—or you may not notice much happening at all during the session.

There isn't a particular sensation you're supposed to have. Reiki is still flowing whether you physically feel the energy or not, and your experience belongs to you.
