Navigating Holiday Stress: You Don’t Have to Do It Alone

The holidays can be a time of connection, celebration, and reflection—but they can also stir up stress, grief, and overwhelm. Whether you're managing family dynamics, financial pressure, loneliness, or the weight of expectations, it's okay to feel stretched thin this season.

At The On Earth Project, we believe healing happens in community. That’s why we’re offering a FREE virtual support group starting November 20, 2025, designed to help you navigate the emotional ups and downs of the holidays with care, clarity, and connection.

This group is open to anyone seeking:

A safe space to process holiday-related stress or grief

Tools for emotional regulation and boundary-setting

Support from others who understand the season’s complexities

You don’t have to carry it all alone. Join us as we create space for rest, reflection, and resilience—together.

Ok halloween is over, the masks and costumes are off but your pre-teen is STILL hiding something.
Many teens are quietly carrying grief and loss, just like adults, but they often hide it. They might seem “fine,” distant, or distracted, but inside, they’re struggling. Domonique Smith, LLMSW is providing a FREE workshop with 3, 45 minute sessions. Space is limited....don't miss out!

💔 Maybe it’s the loss of a friendship.
💔 A first heartbreak.
💔 The death of a loved one.
💔 Or the shift in family life after a separation or divorce.

This season, instead of pretending everything is okay, give your pre-teen the gift of being truly seen, heard, and understood. I’ve creating a safe, low-key support group just for them. A space where they can express themselves, learn healthy coping skills, and connect with others who truly get it.

Parents: Don’t let your pre-teen navigate these feelings alone. This is their space to heal & grow.
