Hyner half is a special race for me. It’s always on my birthday and I’ve made so many memories on that course. It’s also the first race I set up TRR! Hoping to make more memories this Saturday and everyone stops by the tent because it’ll be my birthday!! 🤍🤍👑👑🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️

Everything I do with the athletes that come to TRR is all evidence based, tried and true, natural movements within the body, and using years of medical health practice. You will never see me jump on a band wagon of any substance, new fad tool, or recovery method. I take my health and the health of everyone I talk to very seriously. I’ll be the first to send someone to someone else I trust if I don’t have the answers. I’m very passionate about real recovery.

Over the past two summers of operating at endurance events I’ve been asked, “Do you have a location?” My reply was always, “I don’t currently, but I am looking into options to set up somewhere local.”

Well, I’m so excited to share that Rox and River Adventure Co., the new outdoor equipment and adventure store at 124 E Main St. Lock Haven, has offered space to have TRR set up!

This means that ANY athlete has accessibility to recovery BEFORE and AFTER races, challenges, long running weeks, work outs, etc. With Normatec Compression boots and/or mobility options to keep you recovered and ready!

What’s better than Adventure and Wellness combined? So, stop by the store for all your outdoor exploring needs, and check out your recovery options!!
