✨ What to Expect at Your First Spinal Flow Session ✨
If you’ve never experienced Spinal Flow before, you may be wondering what your first appointment will look like. Here’s what you can expect.
🌿 We’ll start with a conversation.
We’ll talk about why you’re coming in, what you’re currently experiencing, and any health concerns, stress, tension, or areas of discomfort you’d like to address.
📸 Posture & Alignment Photos
We’ll take a few posture alignment photos so we can get a better understanding of what’s happening within your body.
✨ Assessment
I’ll do an assessment to see where you’re at and identify areas of blockage or tension within your nervous system.
🧠 We’ll review everything together.
I’ll walk you through what I found, explain what it means, and answer any questions you have about Spinal Flow and your body.
🌊 Then… we begin.
You’ll receive your first 30-minute Spinal Flow session, giving your body the opportunity to begin releasing tension and moving toward a more regulated state.
💫 After your session, we’ll talk about your treatment plan.
Based on your level of pain, stress, tension, and the blockages we find, we’ll discuss how often I recommend coming in to get your body into a more aligned and regulated state.
🌸This is so important.
For many people, I recommend starting with 1–3 sessions per week for the first couple of months. This allows your body time to create consistency, work through blockages, and gradually get to a better place
✨This is where the magic happens. ✨
Spinal Flow isn’t about a quick fix. It’s about giving your body the time, space, and consistency it needs to make changes — and this is often where people begin to notice the results they’ve been looking for. 🤍
If you’ve been thinking about trying Spinal Flow but aren’t sure what to expect, this is your sign to give it a try. 🌿
