What an incredible honor it was to be part of the “Aš esu Aš 2026” event! ❤️

This was more than just a seminar – it was a space where women could pause, breathe, and remember that true health begins from within – in how we feel, how we nourish ourselves, and how we truly care for our bodies. 🌿

I want to wholeheartedly thank the organizers for their warm welcome and for creating such a meaningful event. Your work truly matters. Thank you to the fellow lecturers for your courage in sharing your knowledge and vulnerability. And thank you to every single attendee – your questions, your openness, and your energy were absolutely beautiful.

When I see the moment in a woman’s eyes when something finally “clicks” about her health, her digestion, her body – I am reminded of exactly why I do what I do. ❤️
