Do you like rucking and waking up before mankind in the Locust/Midland Area?

-Join us Tuesdays at 0400 at the Locust Starbucks for the Redbridge Redeye Ruck!

-Then come out to Henkel Park in Stanfield this Thursday at 0400 for the Passport Ruck (location moves each week)

Mon-0500 “The Murph” Locust Park (enter from Hwy 200 side)

🚨 (NEW) Tues-0400 Red Bridge Red Eye Ruck, park at Starbucks/Jersey Mikes/Tmobile lot by Walmart. Bring a ruck and head lamp.

Wed-0500 at The Horse (Town Center) Run day (any speed…sometimes ruckers…if you show up with a ruck, I know one that will join you 🙋🏻‍♂️)

Fri-0500 Ruck n Read at West Stanly HS (location changes from time to time…reach out just incase) Next book Warrior Poet Way will start this Fall.

🚨 (Change) Saturdays are off the rotation for now, we will occasionally be there around 0715, either reach out if you’re coming or go to Albemarle at 0700 at Hartsell Funeral home parking lot for “The Crypt” bootcamp!
