Singing bowls: singing bowls are a beautiful healing modality that emit the sound of the universe. Sound bowls can be made by different kinds of metal (this one is copper) or they can be made of quartz. Bothe reverberate strong sound rings that seem to pe*****te into the core of ourselves. They can “re-equilibrate” an energetic field and have deeply calming effects on our brain and bodies. My beautiful reiki master showed us a sweet video of Sister Dang Nhiem, on how to properly ring a singing bowl or bell (video will be linked in comments). These are sacred instruments, and when treated with love and respect, they can do so much for us on a very deep level.
