Common Ground Outdoor Adventures Executive Director Sammie Macfarlane retires after 27 years of dedication to helping people with disabilities experience outdoor recreation, pledging to continue volunteering and supporting the nonprofit’s mission and future leadership.

Last week CGOA went camping at Great Basin National Park! 🌲🏔️ We visited Lehman Cave, visited the Fremont Indian settlement, hiked through pine trees and stopped by Mather Lookout! ⛅️ Great Basin National Park has some amazing adaptive features both on hikes and in the cave!
Not pictured was the rain! 🌧️☔️ Our participants learned about safety when camping in rainy and stormy weather. Despite the rain, we still had a great time!! 🏕️

Thanks to UPrinting we were able to receive 2 vehicle decals to enhance our community outreach! Now, as we drive through town, people can see who we are and what our mission is!
