Client wanted to cover up a tattoo on her wrist (see in last slides) but wanted the piece to go all the way up to her shoulder with filling up as little space as possible. She asked for sketch style with dark floral, pomegranate, a skeletal hand and woman’s hand around the pomegranate, and Medusa. This was the result! See how it healed in my highlights ✨

I don’t think people realize how mentally draining it is to be an artist and have to force yourself to be creative every single day! It is hard work trying to make peoples ideas come to life for a job. Creative energy isn’t infinite and gets depleted. You need some recharging time to gain inspiration to replenish your creativity! But because you have to do it to pay the bills I often don’t have time to do that so forcing the creativity when my stores are empty is exhausting 😅 I may not be doing hard physical labor but it’s my brain doing all the heavy lifting 🧠 💪🏼 So this is your sign to have patience with your tattoo artists and give them a little grace and understanding. We are people too, and we are TIRED 😪 Barely even have time to make and post videos like these to get new clients!
