It's basically a reverse book club, except nobody has to read the same book.

Bring whatever you've been into lately. A book, podcast, show, documentary, article, weird rabbit hole, or something you can't stop recommending to everyone.

We'll drink tea, swap favorites, and see where the conversation takes us.

A LITTLE SACRED SERIES UPDATE

Hi babe. Bronchitis had plans for me, so Sacred Rage is moving to December, and we're rearranging the Sacred Series schedule.

I'm holding two things at once: deep respect for my body's wisdom and genuine sadness that I won't be gathering with you tonight.

Rest is the right choice and I'm still disappointed about it. Holding the contrast, right?!

🌀 You already know how to explain yourself.
Why you’re angry. Where it came from. What triggered it. What pattern it belongs to.

But understanding a feeling isn’t the same as feeling it.

And feeling your anger doesn’t mean taking it out on someone else.

Sacred Rage is about healthy, intentional expression with boundaries. We’re not hurting ourselves, other people, or the room. We’re giving what we’ve been carrying somewhere to go.

Because when the pressure has somewhere to move, there can be more room to hear yourself clearly:
What do I need?
What isn’t okay anymore?
What needs to change?

The good girl era is over. The wise woman is rising and she is listening to what her anger has to say.

A lot of us got really good at swallowing anger.
Then it comes out sideways.
I don’t want women to be less angry. I want us to know what to do with it.
At Sacred Rage, we practice expression with boundaries so there’s enough room to hear yourself clearly.
A lot of women are angry right now. Me included. Sacred Rage feels right on time.
