Residents not only had the opportunity to watch the Wall That Heals pass through Logansport, but they also traveled to White County to experience it in person. During their visit, they received a personal tour of this moving tribute to the men and women who served during the Vietnam War.
One especially meaningful moment came when John was able to make a rubbing of the name of a friend whose name is inscribed on the wall. This tradition allows visitors to create a lasting keepsake and personal connection to those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
The Wall That Heals is a traveling three-quarter-scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C. It brings the memorial experience to communities across the country, honoring more than 58,000 service members whose names are etched on the wall. Along with the memorial, the exhibit includes an educational mobile center that shares the stories, history, and sacrifices of those who served.
It was a memorable and meaningful experience for everyone who attended, providing an opportunity to reflect, remember, and honor our nation's heroes.

We are incredibly grateful for the many volunteers and family members who have helped bring our "Campus in Color" project to life!
From repainting items that needed a fresh new look, planting in our raised gardens, filling flower pots with beautiful blooms, sweeping walkways, and deadheading flowers, their hard work and dedication have made a tremendous difference across our campus.
The support from our residents' families and loved ones has been truly inspiring, and we couldn't do it without them. While we're not quite finished with all of our planting and beautification projects, the transformation has already been amazing to see.
Stay tuned for updates and photos of the finished project—we can't wait to share the final results!

Yesterday, several residents of Woodbridge had the honor of gathering along the route in Logansport to cheer on the Wall of Healing as it made its way to White County. It was a moving and patriotic sight to witness.
The Wall of Healing is a three-quarter scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C. It travels across the country to bring remembrance, education, and healing to communities that may not have the opportunity to visit the memorial in person. The wall honors the more than 58,000 American service members who lost their lives during the Vietnam War.
As the Wall of Healing passed through Logansport, local residents proudly waved American flags and showed their support for our nation's veterans. It was a reminder that the sacrifices made by our military members are never forgotten.
We want to extend our deepest gratitude to all veterans who have served our country and protected the freedoms we enjoy every day. A special thank you goes to the brave men and women who fought during the Vietnam War. We especially honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice and never made it home. Their courage, dedication, and love for our country will always be remembered.
May we continue to honor their legacy, support our veterans, and teach future generations the importance of their service and sacrifice.
God bless our veterans, our active-duty military, and the United States of America.

Our residents enjoyed a wonderful outing to Riverside Park, where they took in the beautiful scenery and enjoyed a relaxing walk. Accompanied by our volunteer Bobby, the group even ventured across the bridge, taking in the sights and fresh air along the way.
The ladies had a great time spending the afternoon outdoors, but with the warm temperatures, they were more than ready to head back to the bus and cool off in the air conditioning!
Thank you to Bobby for joining us and helping make this a fun and enjoyable trip for everyone.

Senior Health and Wellness Day was held at WoodBridge last week, and it was a fantastic event filled with fun, wellness, and community spirit!
We were grateful to have a variety of vendors on hand to answer questions and provide valuable resources to our residents and guests. A big thank you to all of the vendors who participated and helped make the day a success.
With the FIFA World Cup on the horizon, a soccer-themed celebration was the perfect fit! Attendees enjoyed a variety of soccer-inspired activities, along with delicious drinks and refreshments prepared and served by WoodBridge's talented Culinary Team.
The WoodBridge Therapy Team got into the spirit by sporting their soccer jerseys and bringing great energy to the event throughout the day.
Thank you to everyone in the community who joined us and made Senior Health and Wellness Day such a memorable occasion. We loved seeing everyone come together to learn, connect, and have fun!

What a wonderful experience for Catherine. She enjoyed a special luncheon with a staff member who means so much to her, along with a few fellow residents she has formed meaningful friendships with during her time at WoodBridge.
West Side Diner holds a special place in Catherine’s heart, bringing back cherished memories of the many visits she shared there with her late husband over the years. The day was filled with heartfelt conversation, laughter, and reminiscing.
Working in healthcare is incredibly rewarding, and moments like these truly highlight the importance of the bonds formed between residents and staff. Thank you to all the families who trust WoodBridge to care for their loved ones — it is a privilege we deeply value.

WoodBridge residents took a trip to the Garden Gate Greenhouse this week to explore all the beautiful flowers and plants and gather inspiration for their own gardens around campus. From bright blooms to lush greenery, everyone enjoyed picking out favorites and imagining how they could make the courtyards pop with color this season. 🌸🌿
Of course, with a group this fun, there may have been a little goofing around along the way…but what happens at the greenhouse stays at the greenhouse! 😊

The residents on Legacy have been busy making campus bloom! 🌸☀️ From watering the flowers and pulling weeds to soaking up the sunshine, it was a beautiful day outdoors. After a little dance break with friends, everyone got back to work giving the campus planters a fresh new coat of colorful paint. 🎨🪴
And ever wonder what we do with those hospital gowns? We turn them into paint aprons, of course! Creativity, teamwork, and lots of smiles made for a wonderful day on campus. 💕
