That is all for today on the skin care. If I had to recommend just one product, I would recommend the evening moisturizer. The nighttime moisturizer is a good size bottle, and it contains the most important ingredients that will get your skin started on it's way to being healthy. Of course, I recommend the cleanser, also, as it helps with the exfoliation process, and I recommend other products, too, but if I had to chose just one to get somebody started, it would be that one.

Skin care post #5 What do the independent studies mean?

First: Why does moisture content matter? When the skin is moisturized, it plumps up. It looks more supple. This reduces the lines that you see when the skin is dry. In other words, the skin is more "stretched out" in a sense, so it's not "shriveled up" looking. Think grape vs raisin. Imagine the picture below being plumped up. Those lines will be a lot less noticeable.

Why does luminosity matter? When light touches the dead skin, it doesn't reflect and gives the appearance of a dull appearance. However, when light touches a cell containing moisture, the light reflects off the moisture, giving a glowing appearance. That "glow" is what we're all looking for.

Why does firmness and elasticity matter? Without it, the skin sags. Increased cellular growth means less time for cells to lose collagen content and elastin fibers to break down. As we age, we lose about 1% of collagen production each year (starting in our 20s). Not only that, but the collagen we do produce breaks down faster. Seneplex speeds up the cellular renewal process, thus helping with keeping these collagen rich cells to the surface.

Skin care post #4: Here are independent laboratory results with the use of just the Evening Moisturizer containing the Seneplex Complex for 8 weeks. The Evening Moisturizer contains the Seneplex Complex.
-Skin Cellular Renewal increased an average 23.3%
-Moisture and Hydration increased 54.2%
-Skin firmness and elasticity increased 51.9%
-Luminosity increased 48.7% (This is the healthy glow of youthful skin, opposite of dull aged skin)
-Reduction of fine lines and wrinkles by 55.7%

SenePlex Complex is added to your skin through a layering process. Each product has a delivery system to get SenePlex complex to a level of the skin. The skin protects the body, and only certain molecules can get through, and that is also part of the science behind skin care.

What is SenePlex Complex?

It is a Kinetic Enzyme that creates energy which speeds up the natural process of cellular renewal without changing the process.
Definitions:
Kinetic: relating to or resulting from motion
Enzyme: a substance produced by a living organism that acts as a catalyst to bring about a specific biochemical reaction
Think of hydrogen peroxide. No, our products aren't hydrogen peroxide at all, but have you ever watched hydrogen peroxide bubble up, or watched it clean up blood? Hydrogen peroxide contains an enzyme called catalase. Your saliva also contains enzymes (called amylase for anyone that wonders) that breaks down the sugars in your mouth. Your makeup will only look as good as the skin underneath. If your skin is rough looking, or dry, makeup will only take you so far. While our Lipsense is our WOW product, Senegence skin care products are our game changers! I have been using the cleanser and moisturizer, along with the climate control and Seneserum C. I am truly amazed at the difference in my skin tone, smoothness of my skin, and the overall health of my skin. Even my wrinkles are a lot less noticeable, if they haven't faded, maybe due to the hydration and plumpness because of being more moisturized. It really does make a huge difference!
