June events are here and honestly this lineup feels extra special. 🌿

Save this and share it with your friend you are bringing with you before you forget ❗️

We have two community sound baths this month and both take full advantage of this first hint of summer coming through!

First we will be outside in the Wilder Garden under the wedding tent, tucked away next to the Conservatory. You will arrive at the sound bath after a stroll down a cozy brick garden path, surrounded by beautiful blooms 🌷🌻🌹💐 just like the irises featured in this post. Peak cottage core, cozy, secret garden vibes

Butttt, if you are a card carrying member of my AC all day everyday crowd, I have something for you too! Later in June we will be inside the Lombard Lagoon Center overlooking the peaceful water and surrounding trees 🌊🌳 If you are lucky, you may also spot the majestic resident crane fly across the Lagoon!

Another reason I am obsessed with both locations is they each have paved walking trails in the neighboring park, which makes it soooo easy to turn the evening into a full on reset ritual for yourself 🙌

I don't know about you, but I love an opportunity to romantise my life, and a quiet walk before or after a sound bath just hits differently this time of year 💕

We also have two library-hosted sound baths this month with the Palos Heights and Woodridge Public Libraries....and both are already waitlisted 🤯

I’m so grateful for how many of you continue showing up for these experiences month after month 🤍 I truly love this little sound community we are building together 🫂

This May, I am keeping our community calendar intentionally light as I create space for deeper support work during Mental Health Awareness Month 💚💚💚

That means just two sound baths this month! Each one held with presence, care, and intention.

Comment RESET and we will get you the links to join!

💚 May Community Offerings:

May 18 | 7-8pm | Wilder Formal Gardens, Elmhurst, IL
For the Sunset Sound Baths in the Garden series, we will be gathering outdoors under the wedding tent for a soft seasonal transition into summer evenings. If you have joined us in Elmhurst Parks before, please note the updated location and time.

May 20 | 6:30–7:30pm | Lombard Lagoon, Lombard, IL
Our indoor gathering space remains a consistent place to land, your midweek reset. Quiet, restorative, and familiar.

These events are held in collaboration with local park districts, but non-residents are absolutely welcome 🙏🏻

With fewer sessions this month, spaces will be more limited than usual. We recommend reserving early if you feel called to join us!

Thank you for being a part of this community 🤍

We are really looking forward to sharing these two evenings with you! ✨️

What would it feel like to not do this alone?

Every sound bath becomes what the room needs, because of the people in it 💕

Your presence shapes the experience just as much as the sound does ✨️

🌷 April gatherings:

• April 12 | Woodridge Public Library, 2–3pm
• April 13 | Wilder Mansion (Elmhurst), 6:30–7:30pm
• April 29 | Lombard Lagoon, 6:30–7:30pm

And something especially close to my heart, Harmony in Healing on April 26th in Chicago. A full day for women navigating fertility journeys to be supported, witnessed, and cared for in community while on a path that can feel isolating 🫶🏻

If you’ve been thinking about coming, consider this your invitation. And if someone came to mind while reading this…reach out to them

Spots tend to fill early for these spaces!

If you’ve been feeling the pull, this is your moment to step in. DM me or share this with someone you would want beside you 🤍

One thing I’ve noticed after facilitating sound baths for different groups is how quickly people settle once they realize they don’t have to do anything 🌿

No productivity.
No discussion.
No expectations.

Just rest ✨️

In a world that asks so much from our attention, creating even one hour where the nervous system can relax feels deeply supportive.

It’s a small thing, but it can make a meaningful difference 🤍

Save this for when you need a little pause in your day 😌

03/24/2026

Not everything that looks like stillness is stagnation 🌳

Some seasons aren’t asking you to push harder, figure it out, or move faster…

...they’re asking you to sit. To soften. To listen more closely than you ever have before.

We are taught to fear the pause, to label it as “stuck” or “unproductive.”

But what if the pause is where your nervous system finally catches up to your life?

What if it’s where your body begins to exhale after holding so much for so long? 🌬

I feel there is wisdom in the quiet...real, grounded, embodied wisdom.

But you can’t hear it over the noise 🔊❗️

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is create space to listen again.

That’s the intention behind the spaces I hold…
not to fix you, but to bring you back to yourself ✨️🌱

What do you feel when you listen to a Sound Bath?

In your brain?

Your body?

Your mind?

Before I lose you because you think this is too 'woo woo'

Scientific research on sound meditation shows measurable effects on brain activity, the nervous system, and psychological state.

Here are a few examples of what has been documented:

🧠 In your brain...
..Studies using EEG technology have shown that during a sound bath, the brain waves start to slow down and shift from more active brain wave states, to slower states associated with meditation and dreaming.

🧘🏻‍♀️ In your body...
..Researchers have observed changes in breathing patterns and reduced heart rate, indicating a shift in your nervous system towards a more relaxed, parasympathetic state.

😌 In your mind...
..The unpredictable, immersive nature of the sound causes the mind to move more towards sensory awareness and away from analytical thought patterns.

Overall, Sound Bath participants report feeling more balanced, settled, and sometimes even mentally energized after a session!

Have you been to a Sound Bath before?

What did you experience during and after the session?

The world feels like it’s on fire some days 🔥

The news cycle never stops

Social media amplifies every crisis

There’s pressure to stay informed, productive, compassionate, and engaged all at once 🤯

But your nervous system evolved for short bursts of danger followed by recovery. Modern life rarely gives us that reset. Instead, we’re exposed to constant stimulation, stress, and alarming information

So if...
..you feel exhausted but can’t slow down…
..your mind keeps racing even when you’re tired…
.your shoulders are always tight or you feel constantly on edge…

You might be in nervous system overload ⚠️

And you may find yourself ignoring the warning signs because of feelings of guilt around taking a step back from the constant breaking updates

I am here to tell you that nervous system regulation isn’t about ignoring the world. It’s about helping your body remember what safety feels like so you can stay engaged without burning out

One of the ways I support this is through sound 🎵

Sound isn’t just something we hear — it’s something the body feels. Certain frequencies can gently help the nervous system shift into slower, more restorative states

✨️The mind quiets
✨️The body softens
✨️The system recalibrates

If everything feels overwhelming right now, start small

Take a few slow breaths
Drop your shoulders
Step outside for five minutes

Your nervous system doesn’t need perfection.
It just needs small signals of safety, repeated often enough to remember that balance is possible 🌿

Save this for the days when the world feels like too much 🤍

And let me know in the comments if this resonated with you

Mental health support doesn’t always have to be verbal 🤍

Sometimes the most effective intervention is giving the nervous system a break from thinking 💭

That’s part of what happens during a sound bath

Participants lie down, close their eyes, and let soothing vibrations guide the body into a restorative state

No performance
No pressure
Just nervous system recovery

It’s one of the reasons sound meditation has become a popular addition to both workplace wellness and community mental health programming alike

It allows space for integration, processing, and release 🧘🏻‍♀️

Just last week a participant shared with me that she felt a powerful release during our session, and she just knew she would sleep better that night as a result

She was able to process and let go of things that were keeping her mind overstimulated without saying a single word

One of the most common things women say when they walk into this space:

“I didn’t realize how alone I felt until I wasn’t.”

There is something powerful about being in a room where no one tries to fix you.
No one says “just relax.”
No one minimizes your grief.

Just women who get it. And let me tell you, that feeling is everything.

I witnessed it happen last year in real time.

Shoulders dropped.
Tears flowed without apology.
Women who walked in guarded left feeling lighter, connected, understood.

If you’ve been craving this kind of community, I would love to hold that space for you.

Early bird ends in 2 weeks.
Spots are limited.
Payment plan available.
