Juneteenth is a reminder of our nation's history and remembers those who fought for emancipation and justice. Employee engagement was in full swing today!
From our hilarious “Tag the Employee” game to passing around the Conversation Ball, the day was filled with laughter, camaraderie, and meaningful connections. These simple activities brought everyone together, sparked great conversations, and reminded us how important teamwork and fun are in creating a positive workplace culture.

The smiles, friendly competition, and shared moments made for a fantastic day. We are grateful for a team that knows how to work hard, support one another, and enjoy the journey together!

A huge thank you to our amazing STNAs for all they do each and every day!

Today, we celebrated our hardworking team with a delicious smoked pork luau lunch. From the great food to the great company, it was a wonderful way to show our appreciation for the compassion, dedication, and heart our STNAs bring to our residents every day.

Day 3 of STNA Spirit Week was an absolute blast! Today’s theme was "Dress Like Your Favorite Resident," and our staff did not disappoint! From matching outfits and beards, to even borrowing clothing from some of our beloved residents, the creativity was off the charts.

The laughter was nonstop as residents, families, and visitors enjoyed spotting their lookalikes throughout the building. Seeing the smiles, giggles, and special connections between our staff and residents made the day one to remember.

Day 2 of STNA Spirit Week was a huge hit!

Residents and staff alike embraced Pajama Day, filling our halls with smiles, laughter, and plenty of cozy comfort. There’s something special about seeing everyone come together, dressed alike and having fun while creating meaningful moments throughout the day.

Our STNAs work tirelessly every day to strive to provide exceptional care, and this week gives us the chance to celebrate the amazing people who make our community feel like home. Thank you for bringing your energy, compassion, and spirit to everything you do!

What an amazing start to STNA Week! Our staff went all out for Superhero Day, and our residents were right there with them joining in on the fun! From capes and masks to plenty of smiles and laughter, our halls were filled with superheroes of all kinds.

The truth is, our STNAs are superheroes every single day. They provide comfort, compassion, strength, and care to our residents, often without a cape. Today was a fun way to celebrate the real heroes who make a difference in the lives of others every day.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make Day 1 such a success. We can’t wait to see what the rest of Spirit Week brings!
