☀️ HEAT STROKE AWARENESS ☀️

Summer temperatures can become dangerous quickly. Heat stroke is a serious medical emergency and can happen to anyone — especially children, older adults, and people working or spending time outdoors.

⚠️ Signs of Heat Stroke:
• High body temperature
• Dizziness or confusion
• Headache
• Nausea or vomiting
• Rapid heartbeat
• Hot, red skin
• Fainting

💧 Stay safe:
✅ Drink plenty of water
✅ Avoid prolonged time in extreme heat
✅ Wear lightweight clothing
✅ Take breaks in cool areas
