For many aspiring runners, the biggest barrier is starting. Many questions arise - how far do I go, how fast, do I have the right shoes, what will people think of me, etc. Don’t let these questions paralyze you from starting. It can be as simple as a 30-second-test-the-waters jog. You’ll learn a lot, and have a lot of fun, as you go.
