f*ck yes we did!

The inner child healing of this song….makes it that much more powerful knowing she was staring at her Mom the entire time serenading her with these lyrics. Because, MOMS are the real MVP of our inner child healing era.

MY ACTUAL CHILD (mini) HEALER…..🧠✨
sure there’s an “inner child healer” but, have you ever had the pleasure of your ACTUAL CHILD helping you heal too…

because thatttttt sh*tttttt has some next level healing powers 🥲🙌🏼

He’s at this age where HE LOVES TO HELP and do whatever we’re doing — SO instead of just shoving my vitamins & supplements down my throat quick before I take over baby duty in the A.M, I (try my best) to slow down + be present in the moment with him and with my healing.

And, I swear by this ‘practice’ ……..when we work to integrate all the parts (especially in THIS SEASON of parenthood) it has its own secret healing powers ✨

I’m so glad I was able to actually capture this morning’s little healer of mine, because usually it’s not so easy to do. And I LOVE nothing more than collecting THESE sort of memories 🎬

It’s the micro moments like this in parenthood, where you find all the ✨MAGIC ✨

So, slow down.
And, take it all in.

Mindful mommy’ing activated 💃🏻

SOMATIC THERAPY…🙌🏼🧠
is a form of body-centered therapy that looks at the connection of mind and body and uses BOTH psychotherapy and physical therapies for holistic healing.

This is a little glimpse into my morning routine *before the world wakes walk & movement* HEAAAAAALING AND SOOOO NEEDED. To. Say. The. Least.
