How many hours do you spend sitting each day? 🤔

Most people don't realize that prolonged sitting can affect blood circulation in the legs and feet. Over time, poor circulation may contribute to swelling, leg fatigue, varicose veins, and other discomforts.

If you’ve fallen out of your routine, don’t be discouraged. Getting back into movement doesn’t have to be extreme.

Start where you are:

✔️ Yoga
✔️ Walking

Our 30th Annual Shoe Drive is officially here!

It is hard to believe that this marks 30 years of serving and giving back to our community through our shoe drive. What started as a simple mission to help those in need has grown into something so much bigger because of the incredible support from our patients, staff, volunteers, local businesses, and community members.

Over the years, together we have helped donate over 100,000 pairs of shoes to individuals and families in need. Every pair donated represents comfort, dignity, hope, and kindness.

We truly could not continue this mission year after year without all of your support. Whether you donate shoes, volunteer your time, contribute financially, or simply help spread the word — every act of generosity makes a difference and helps us continue our mission of “No Shoeless Person in the World.”
