Jenn “Prakash Nam” has been teaching Reiki now for over 12 years - it’s such a natural gift that’s innate and always accessible within us, as human beings, gifted from the earth to us through our Mothers’ wombs! With training, we can learn ways to access this ancestral energy for wellness and healing through spiritual guidance.

Join her for Reiki 1 Shoden next Sunday August 27th and learn how to heal yourself, your animals, and those that you love.

Students will learn:

✨What Reiki is and its benefits
✨The origins of Reiki
✨Traditional routines that heighten the Reiki energy
✨The subtle body in the Usui method and the Western customs
✨How to do Reiki and establish a self-practice
✨Other Reiki related concepts

Reiki 1 Shoden marks the beginning of the Reiki journey. It will be a day of self-love, healing, awareness, and personal transformation. A Reiki gong immersion will be given to heighten the sacred energy.

Participants will receive a Reiki 1 Shoden certification and an easy to follow manual.

Thinking about a year ago when I led a yoga, reiki, and sound bath retreat in Maui for the Lions Gate Portal 2022. During my downtime, I got to visit the Fleetwood Mac restaurant at Lahaina. My heart is heavy to hear about the wildfire and news that MC’s Fleetwood’s restaurant burned down 💔

Another evening at Pigeon’s Roller Rink. Last night was their PRIDE skate 🛼. Just love getting my skate on (and does it count as a workout?) 🥳

I didn’t win the rainbow Moxie’s, but I already have a pretty cool pair of skates.

Wishing everyone a Happy Summer Solstice! Yesterday I gonged with my sisters and today I ran another 4 miles with Merlin. Doing what I enjoy best with people and fur babies that I love.

Now it’s time for surf dates! If anyone wants to surf at Sunset Beach, Laguna Beach, Dana Point, or San O hit me up! The rains caused too many surf date cancellations. Summer is here, time to play more in the water.
