Vegan Blue Majik 💙 Brownie Bars 💙 If you make any of my recipes, this one is a MUST!

Crust:
*
•1 Cup almond flour
•1/3 Cup cacao powder
•1/4 tsp salt
•1/4 Cup melted coconut BUTTER
1/4 Cup warm water
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
*
Top Layer
*
•1 cup melted raw cocoa butter
•3 Tbsp raw almond butter
•2-3 Tbsp maple syrup
•2.5 tsp Organic Powder
•1/2 tsp vanilla extract
•1/4 cup raw coco butter chips (some for toppings, too)

Instructions
*
•Combine all crust ingredients
•Line an square baking pan with parchment paper
•firmly press crust into a level, even crust.
*
Filling
*
•Slightly melt cocoa butter so that it is soft and just barely melted. Stir to fully melt- it should be a cream -Not liquid!
•Mix melted cocoa butter with all other filling ingredients (except chocolate chips) and mix until very smooth!
•Fold in chocolate chips
•Pour filling over crust
•Top with additional cocoa butter chips
•Place in freezer for 1-2 hrs or in fridge overnight
•Remove brownie bars and cut squares.
•Store in fridge or freezer.
