We are so excited to share the details of our next NASM-accredited Mat Group Fitness Training 🧘‍♀️🤍

Our certification program is designed to fully prepare you to become a confident, highly qualified group fitness instructor. Throughout your training, you will develop the skills, knowledge, and teaching presence needed to confidently lead group classes. This program additionally provides you with a 60-day membership to Core 95.

Switching it up, today is Tribe Tuesday and we want you to meet one of our OG tribe members, Ingrid! She completed her 600th class today!!!!! 💪🏼🔥

When she’s not building brands, hosting the Rebranding Menopause podcast, and speaking on women’s health and leadership, you’ll find Ingrid on the mat making herself a priority.

She loves coming to class and always leaves feeling better and like a “nicer person!” 😂 We have loved watching her get stronger with every class. We are so incredibly proud of her!!!! 👏🏼❤️‍🔥
