Memorial Day may have passed, but our gratitude should never fade. We honor and remember the brave enlisted men and women who sacrificed so much for our freedom. Their courage, service, and legacy live on every day. 🇺🇸

Facet arthropathy is one of the most common causes of neck and low back stiffness, especially with aging, repetitive stress, and poor movement patterns.

The small joints along the spine — called facet joints — can become irritated, inflamed, and restricted, leading to pain with twisting, standing, bending backward, and even getting out of bed.

Chiropractic care helps improve spinal joint mobility, reduce mechanical stress on irritated facet joints, and support healthier movement patterns naturally.

Many patients notice improvements in:
✔️ Mobility
✔️ Morning stiffness
✔️ Pain with movement
✔️ Overall function and activity tolerance

Research published in Spine and the Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics has shown spinal manipulation can improve pain and function in patients with mechanical low back pain and facet-related dysfunction.

Movement matters. Joint motion matters. Your spine was designed to move. 🙌

Kids love getting adjusted with the Impulse adjusting instrument — and honestly, their favorite stuffed animals usually get checked too 🧸✨

The gentle, precise nature of instrument-assisted chiropractic care makes it a great option for children. The Impulse instrument delivers a controlled, low-force adjustment without the twisting or “cracking” many people associate with chiropractic care.

Parents often notice improvements in:
• Comfort & mobility
• Posture & movement patterns
• Sleep quality
• Recovery after falls, sports, and everyday childhood adventures

Research has shown instrument-assisted chiropractic adjustments can provide consistent, measurable force delivery and effective spinal motion responses while using lower-force applications. Studies published in the Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics have evaluated the biomechanics and clinical effectiveness of these adjusting instruments. ([PubMed][1])

And yes… stuffed animals are always welcome for their “adjustments” too. 😉

A perfect escape to the seaside charm of Howth 🇮🇪
Fresh ocean air, rugged cliffs, and harbor views that feel straight out of a postcard. We spent the day wandering coastal paths, watching fishing boats drift in, and soaking in the kind of peaceful energy only a place like this can offer.
Finished it off with incredible seafood and even better company—simple moments, unforgettable setting.
Ireland, you continue to impress. 🌊🍀

From Midwest pride to Irish magic 🇮🇪✨
What a day to remember—kicking things off at the parade, watching the Illinettes and the Marching Illini bring that unmistakable energy and spirit all the way across the Atlantic. Goosebumps moment.
From there, we soaked in the heart of Dublin—stopping through iconic spots like the Palace Bar and Temple Bar, where every corner feels like a story and every pint comes with a little history.
We wrapped up the night the best way possible—surrounded by great friends, sharing a traditional Irish meal, live music, laughter, and that warm, unforgettable hospitality that makes Ireland so special.
Days like this don’t come around often…grateful for every second. 🍀🥂

What a journey it has been.
At just 4 years old, she laced up her tiny dance shoes and stepped onto a stage for the very first time. This week, she performed her final routine as a senior with the Illinois Fighting Illini Illinettes at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign — and my heart is full.
Years of early mornings.
Long practices.
Injuries.
Pressure.
Sacrifice.
Growth.
Dance gave her discipline. It gave her resilience. It gave her lifelong friendships and unforgettable memories. But more than that, it revealed her character — her work ethic, her grace under pressure, and her commitment to finishing what she starts.
Watching her close this chapter as a college senior is a powerful reminder that excellence is built one small, consistent step at a time — from a 4-year-old with big dreams to a poised young woman performing on one of the biggest stages in college athletics.
We couldn’t be more proud of the dancer she became… and even more proud of the woman she is becoming.
Here’s to the next stage.
