Day 29.

Day 27 of doing what I’ve been avoiding.

Today I chose peace over proving a point.

I came across a post on social media that I strongly disagreed with.

My first instinct was to respond.

To explain my perspective.
To defend my position.
To make sure my opinion was heard.

But then I paused and asked myself a simple question:

“Is this worth my energy?”

The answer was no.

Not because I didn’t have a valid point.
Not because I suddenly agreed.

But because I’ve learned that not every disagreement requires my participation.

Sometimes growth looks like scrolling past, protecting your peace, and moving on with your day.

Day 26 of doing what I’ve been avoiding.

Today I caught myself before turning one bad moment into a bad day.

It is easy to spiral sometimes.

One frustrating interaction.
One stressful moment.
One thing not going as planned.

And suddenly the whole mood of the day changes.

But today I stopped and reminded myself, one difficult moment doesn’t have to define the entire day.

Protecting your peace isn’t about avoiding hard moments, it’s about not letting them take over everything else too.
