I learned this the hard way. 🧠💔

Two years of life-changing chronic pain taught me something that changed everything — I could literally change my pain by changing my brain.

Pain neuroscience introduced me to SIMs vs. DIMs — Safety In Me signals vs. Danger In Me signals. Your nervous system is constantly weighing the balance. And here’s the thing: you have more influence over that dial than you think.

Turn up safety. Turn down danger. Not by avoiding what’s hard — but by training where you place your attention and energy.

This isn’t just about pain. It’s about anxiety, depression, addiction, self-destructive loops, and the noise of daily life — social media, old stories we tell ourselves, triggers that other people can pull without us even realizing it.

For 20+ years I’ve been helping people take the static and noise in their nervous system and turn it into a clear, rarefied signal — one that allows them to respond to life with equanimity, grace, dignity, power, compassion, and self-worth.

When we heal the root, there’s no longer a trigger to pull.

💗 That’s exactly what we’re doing at the Cardiognosis Workshop — next Wednesday.

Through heart coherence, simple gratitude practices, and breathing techniques, we harmonize brain and heart to wash away the accumulated weight of too many danger signals — and create an internal environment of safety.
That safety opens a window into the transcendent. Into full vigor, vitality, and purpose.

If you’re ready to stop running on static and start living on signal — this is for you.

Why do you crave what you crave? 👀 It’s not weakness. It’s your brain trying to feel okay. 🧠
Your self-medication habits are actually a window into your neurochemistry — and once you understand them, everything changes.
Craving alcohol? You may be low in GABA — your brain’s natural calming chemical. Addicted to extreme sports or adrenaline? Your adrenal system may be running on empty. Reaching for sugar constantly? Your brain could be starving for serotonin. Glued to your phone, p**n, or high-risk behaviors? That’s often a dysregulated dopamine reward system. Can’t function without coffee? You may be low in acetylcholine.
This isn’t just intuition — it’s backed by decades of research. Julia Ross, author of The Mood Cure, built an addiction recovery program around identifying neurotransmitter deficiencies through a simple questionnaire and restoring them naturally with amino acids — with remarkable results. Dr. Daniel Amen’s brain imaging research maps these exact addiction patterns to specific neurotransmitter profiles, showing that impulsive and compulsive behaviors are rooted in real, measurable brain chemistry imbalances.
Most of these patterns trace back to how our brains were shaped in childhood, and how we learned to cope with stress and trauma. But here’s the beautiful truth — your brain is not broken. It’s just looking for balance. 💙
And one of the most powerful ways to restore that balance? Heart coherence. When we train our hearts to move into states of peace and gratitude, it literally entrains the brain — calming the nervous system and helping to naturally rebalance neurotransmitters. That’s exactly what we dive into at our Cardognosis Workshop — come experience it for yourself. 🌿 [link in bio]
Don’t ever beat yourself up. We are all doing the best we can. ✨

What if you could learn to regulate your own heart — on demand?
Not just calm down. Not just breathe through it.
But actually shift your internal state so completely that your body begins to heal, your brain optimizes, and the patterns and glass ceilings that have held you back start to dissolve.
That’s what we teach at Cardiognosis.
Our last workshop sold out with a waitlist. Here’s what people walked away able to do:
→ Self-regulate their heart and nervous system in real time
→ Lower cortisol and lift secretory IgA for a stronger immune response
→ Create brain-heart synchronization for sharper focus and emotional resilience
→ Optimize alpha waves so your mind becomes a clearer antenna for who you were meant to be
One attendee reached out afterward — chronic acne she’d struggled with for years had begun clearing. When the brain regulates, the whole body follows.
Your body is waiting for this signal.
Come learn how to send it. 🙏

The wellness culture that’s supposed to heal us is sometimes making us sicker.

Not because the tools are wrong — but because the orientation is.

When self-improvement becomes self-obsession, it’s working against your nature.

We are biologically, energetically, and spiritually wired for connection. Not optimization.

I filmed this in Saint Kitts in 2024 and was honestly too nervous to post it.

Watching it back now, it rings more true than ever.

The end game isn’t the perfect body, the right supplements, or the next health hack.

The end game is love. Connection. The deep experience of aliveness and oneness.

One heart. One love. One blood.

That’s Cardiognosis. That’s the whole point. 🌊❤️

What happened in that Atlanta restaurant wasn’t magic.

It was science. It was just natural law. It was biological resonance.

For a week leading up to that moment, I had been practicing heart coherence — deliberately cultivating a field of gratitude, presence, and love. My prayer was simple: let me be the quiet, anonymous light. No need to be noticed. Just let me carry something good into the room.

I walked into a restaurant alone. Sat at the bar with my book.

Within minutes, two waitstaff — separately — told me they saw a light around me when I walked in.

Here’s what’s fascinating: they weren’t imagining it.

their heart field was in training and connecting to mine. Research has shown us that the heart can feel in sense things before they happen. The heart knows. Who feels that knows it.

The HeartMath Institute has documented that the heart generates an electromagnetic field that extends several feet outside the body. When we’re in coherence — when gratitude, love, and calm are genuinely cultivated — that field changes.

And like bats using echolocation, other people feel it. They’re drawn to it. They recognize something in it.

This is the science of heart coherence. And it’s learnable.

Come learn it with us. 🙏

Chicago ✅ Atlanta ✅ Two seminars wrapped, one more to go — and San Francisco this weekend! 🔥

Learning from the masters, Pat & Aaron at

20 years into practice and I’m still a student — and that’s the best feeling in the world.

For so long I worked purely energetically and in subtle ways.

Learning the science, art, biomechanics, and energetics of spinal adjusting at this level has been humbling, exciting, and deeply fulfilling.

When you truly understand what it means to help the brain self-regulate… to balance and evolve the entire nervous system… it’s not just a technique. It’s a gift. 🙏

Seven years since I sold my clinic in NC.

Seven years of building something new — helping people resolve trauma, regulate their nervous system, and get present.

I don’t miss who I was or what Lynn and ai built. I’m just grateful for who I’m becoming, and I’ve learned to bear more passionate about who I’m becoming in the process than the destination.

One way to stay young: keep learning. Keep doing hard things. Get 1% better every day.
This is the path of mastery. 🌱

Your body is the report card of your brain.

Our workshop tonight is full and waitlisted but here’s the big just of what we’re going to talk about (and how to fix):

The brain’s #1 job isn’t thinking. It’s regulating.

And when it fails at that job — when it gets stuck in survival mode — your sympathetic nervous system never turns off.

Fight or flight was designed for a sprint. Not a marathon.

When the alarm never stops ringing:
→ Digestion shuts down
→ Immune function drops
→ Inflammation becomes chronic
→ Sleep collapses
→ Hormones dysregulate

And here’s what medicine rarely tells you — 90% of all chronic disease traces back to a nervous system that never got the signal that it was safe.

The body isn’t broken. It’s reporting exactly what the brain is doing.

The question isn’t what’s wrong with you — it’s what happened to your nervous system?
💬 Drop a ❤️ if this hits home.

I’ll be honest — every time I open Instagram, I feel it.
The overwhelm. The comparison. The scroll into what-is-wrong-with-the-world. I know that’s not weakness. That’s biology. That’s how this thing is built.
But here’s what I keep coming back to: this is also a network. A real one. A quantum entanglement of human beings who are all, underneath everything, just trying to figure it out.
So I’m choosing to show up.
I grew up in a really hard home. Alcoholism, abuse, chaos. I was essentially on my own at 14. I found my way into self-medicating early — and thankfully, just as quickly, into recovery. I got clean and sober at 16, started meditating, and not long after was driving around the state of Vermont sharing my story at high schools, trying to love on people and lift them up.
I was terrified every single time.
My mentor Michael would look at me before I’d speak and say: “Just get on your knees and ask God to give you the words to help one person.”
That’s still my only strategy. With every client. With this workshop tomorrow night. With every post I make here.
I’m not here to perform. I’m here because if I can reach one person — actually reach them — that’s everything.
Less posturing. More tenderness. Transparency with a backbone of a wide open heart.
That’s the world I want to help build. One person at a time. 🤍

Throughout history, the greatest rebirths — the Renaissance, evolutionary leaps, cultural awakenings — emerged through chaos, not around it.
Chaos theory shows us that out of disorder, new order always wants to emerge. Scientists and systems thinkers call this syntropy — the moment a system becomes coherent enough to reorganize into something far greater than it ever was, beyond any property it previously contained.
I believe that’s where we are right now. Personally. Collectively. Historically.
And the path through isn’t escape. It’s:
✦ Connect — deeply, truly, vulnerably
✦ Love — yourself, your shadow, all of who you are
✦ Grow — stretch into a new stage of wisdom and maturity
✦ Give — contribute to something beyond yourself
This is syntropy. This is emergence. This is evolution.
And here’s the miracle: your nervous system is literally built for this. When it’s coherent enough, it converts stress into growth — that’s hormesis. That’s your biological and spiritual superpower as a human being.
Tomorrow night I’m hosting a live workshop where we go deep into all of this — plus live demos of how I work with people to help their nervous systems find their own syntropic vector. Whether you’re navigating personal health, trauma, or just the weight of this moment in history — this is for you.

Come grow with us. 🌱

🧠 What if the anxiety, the gut issues, the chronic patterns you can’t shake… didn’t actually start with you?

I just posted a video breaking down one of the most profound sessions I’ve had — a case study in how intergenerational trauma lives in the nervous system, brain, and body.

Her temporal lobe (home of the hippocampus and amygdala) was holding a deep unresolved conflict. The organ that needed support? The lower descending colon. Through German New Medicine and functional neurology, this is a traceable map. The brain holds the conflict. The body keeps the score.

What made this extraordinary: the pattern didn’t begin in her lifetime. It was a miasm — what homeopathy founder Samuel Hahnemann described as a suppression pattern carried from unresolved generational trauma. Not woo-woo. Researched. Real.

This is the same territory explored by:
📖 Mark Wolynn in It Didn’t Start With You
🧬 Bruce Lipton in Biology of Belief
📚 Bessel van der Kolk in The Body Keeps the Score
🌀 Rupert Sheldrake’s morphic field research

We made nearly 100% progress on chronic digestive issues — not by treating the gut directly, but by clearing the conflict generating it from a completely different door.

This is the work. Rewiring the nervous system. Releasing what we’ve inherited. Being fully here. 🙏

⚡ We go deep into ALL of this at the April 22nd workshop — live demonstrations included. Link in bio to register.
