Here’s a different kind of post. In addition to holistic health my other passion is creating art since I was old enough to hold a crayon. I find creativity to be a very healing activity.

I’ll be selling my photography at this show that’s coming up on Saturday, September 12, from 10am - 4 pm in Lyons. Would be thrilled if you come out to join the festivities and support your local creatives.
There will be music, food, root beer floats and yes… craft beers!!!!
Music starts at noon. Over 50 artists and this year features a special section for our Native American Art vendors from local tribal nations.
Bring the family for an end of summer good time…….. did I mention craft beers?🙃

I have big news to share with you! On Valentine's Day this year (2023), Health In Essence LLC gave birth to conjoined twins that go by one name, "Apothecary Apotheosis"! It's my new retail space where local artists, artisans and musicians have their art for sale in a gallery style one side of the venue and bulk herbs, holistic remedies and chair massage are residing on the other half of the venue. It's housed at Old Town Marketplace in downtown Longmont at 332 Main Street and is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday afternoons till 6pm.
I hope you will come to visit and see what I've created and cheer me on!
