Sometimes the answers we’re looking for aren’t hidden.

They’re sitting quietly in the background.

Waiting.

We notice them.

Then life gets busy.

We tell ourselves we’ll come back to it later.

Until one day we can’t.

Most of the time, we already know.

Maybe not the whole picture.

But enough.

Enough to know what needs attention. Enough to know what’s no longer working and to know what we’re avoiding.

Most of us have been taught to do things in a certain order.

First understand.

Then trust. Then act.

One of the strangest things about growth is that sometimes nothing appears to change...

Until something changes inside of us.

And then suddenly:

A dynamic shifts. A pattern ends. A relationship changes.

A situation that kept repeating simply stops.

Because the energy that was holding it in place is no longer there.

This can be a difficult concept to understand intellectually.

But once you’ve experienced it, you start to see life differently.

Sometimes the external world is reflecting something we’re still carrying.

And sometimes freedom arrives the moment we’re truly done carrying it.
