Hey PELVIC PTS!!
(Others please help us get the word out)
We’re building something special in pelvic health.
Align PT is hiring a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist in Longmont, Colorado.
We’re a cash‑based, integrative practice specializing in endometriosis, complex pelvic pain, and digestive dysfunction as well as throughout the perinatal and postpartum process.

**We’re often the place patients land when nothing else has worked.

We believe pelvic PT can, and should, look different.
The work we do is exceptionally meaningful and fulfilling.

Our therapists are booking out and we need an excellent to join us.

May is EDS Awareness Month. And the awareness about it that stands out to us quite a bit is that it is very highly associated with Endometriosis.

The overlap is pretty significant, so since May is about bringing awareness to EDS, we wrote a blog to help inform you all about this connection.

I used to think my bendiness was a gift, a fun thing to show off when I was younger, but alas, it is a situation that can be problematic in so many ways.

What is EDS, how to know if you have it, what to do about it and how it relates to Endo are all in our latest blog post, check it out. Link in bio or on the blog page of our site.

21 years ago I married this guy. Who would have known back then that he’d be an integral part of my pelvic PT practice, talking to women about their pelvic symptoms and understanding it all? I’m so proud of him.

Working together as a married couple is both amazing and challenging at times but I honestly wouldn’t want it any other way.
We complement each other so well and I think we make a pretty great team.
Happy Anniversary to us!
I’m one lucky gal to have snagged this one.
Happy Anniversary to my love and my business partner. 💪❤️

Earlier in May, I was part of the Putting Menopause On The Map Panel of experts at the Longmont Museum.
It was such a fun event, very empowering and even entertaining.

We were surrounded by women who were there to learn more about what is happening in their bodies at this sometimes confusing time in life. We covered the whole gamut from hormone shifts, weight gain, bloating, digestive issues, to genitourinary symptoms of menopause, pelvic health, bone, cardiac health, nutrition, mental health, and exercise recommendations. Whew 😅

Perimenopause/Menopause are transition times for us when things aren’t always feeling so savory. It can be crazy confusing whether or not the changes are due to hormone shifts or other things.

Honestly, it kind of feels like we’re going through puberty in reverse, except the transition time can be much, much longer.

There are many symptoms associated with this transition, and the best part is that you don’t have to go it alone. We can actually help alleviate some of the symptoms, and we can also refer you to some really great practitioners who can help you with hormone and other kinds of support.

We wrote a Blog Post about what happens to your body, the symptoms, the physiology, and what we uniquely do as pelvic PTs to help you.
Check it out and let us know if you have any questions.

We treat so many endometriosis patients. If you’ve been seeking care for endometriosis, adenomyosis, and all the symptoms that go along with them, read Morgan’s review.

We’re so grateful to her for sharing her experience so that more people with endo/adeno can find the right kind of care. Not all pelvic PTs understand and can treat endo the way we do. It’s definitely a specialty within our pelvic field that requires the knowledge and expertise our team has.

So lucky to have such amazing team members. ❤️

Your body isn’t broken, it’s protecting you 🛡️
That tight pelvic floor? It might be guarding against old trauma.
Those digestive issues?
Could be your nervous system’s way of staying hypervigilant.
When we honor your body’s protective strategies while gently teaching new patterns, healing happens 🦋.
Your body is wise, even when it hurts.

📢 Help us spread the word. We’re growing!
We’re looking to hire another amazing team member. 🤩

Our PTs are booking out, and we need a special person to help us keep up with the demand for the specialized holistic care we provide.

If you know an excellent pelvic PT (OR an excellent manual orthopedic PT who wants to expand into pelvic specialization)
who is looking for personal and clinical skills growth, 1:1 mentorship, and a really fun, excellent place to work where they are highly valued and respected.

Send them our way! Hiring link in bio and or comments.
