"Can I take my clothes off when I sauna and cold plunge?" This is becoming a commonly asked question.

Our contrast therapy suites are completely private and fully sanitized between sessions. Windows are frosted to let in natural light without allowing anyone to see in. Guests lock the door behind them when they enter. We invite you to undress to your level of comfort. Whether you prefer to wear a bathing suite or fully undress, the benefits will be the same. So the short answer is, "yes."

Please note, guests must be fully dressed in common spaces. Thank you.
