Boy it’s hot! Tomorrow is gonna be too and we are gonna be even hotter at Bootcamp, yall it’s gonna be 🔥🔥🔥🔥 and so so good:)
Join me at the Roxy, 1101 Commerce Ave (enter through the alley) for an hour and 15 minutes of heart pumping, muscle building, stress relieving awesome friendship workout time:)
Cost is $10, all you need is super comfortable and supportive shoes, a mat and water:;)) I take care of the rest!!

We are gonna play it passionate as all tonight at Bootcamp:)
What is it? Bootcamp is an hour and 15 mins of bad ass energy, we rev up, we pull it down, we push and laugh and do things we didn’t know we could and then pulse it out through a wind down pilates flow and stretch and breathe . It’s rad. You should come.
What do you need? water, a yoga mat, good athletic shoes
When and where? 6pm the Roxy theater 1101 Commerce Ave (enter through the alley) June 1, 15, 22, 29
Cost: $40 for the session, $13 drop in
Let’s not pretend it isn’t a jump to decide to come, I know it is, but, with this, we all jump together:)

At breakfast this morning I glanced at the door and caught eyes with a woman of around 70 as she tripped a bit. She caught herself and we both smiled. But, it was a reminder of how important balance is as we age and how quickly time moves the more years we collect.
If you caught yourself thinking, I need to work on balance, reach out! Join a pilates class with me, start on balance and mobility now- even if it’s just standing on one foot and transferring weight from side to side as you brush your teeth. The sooner you start, the better you’ll catch yourself when you’re 70 tripping over a step entering your favorite breakfast joint:)

May bootcamp mini starts tonight! 2 Monday, 3.5 hours, kick your butt, laugh out loud, complain shamelessly about how hard it is while you absolutely CRUSH it:) May is busy, so, this month is a great time to try something new for YOU with a super low commitment, see if it works and roll it in if you so choose to the summer schedule:)
