Today's public share ~
Quick Comfort Roller
10 mL roller
5 Copaiba
4 Lavender
3 Frankincense
2 Marjoram
1 Peppermint

Top with Fractionated Coconut Oil

How to use it:
Roll onto the areas that feel like they need a little extra support, such as:
- neck & shoulders
- lower back
- knees
- hands
- tired legs

You can use it as needed and gently massage it in after applying.

Why I like this blend
Each oil brings something a little different to the roller:
- Copaiba gives this blend a comforting foundation
- Lavender is gentle and soothing
- Frankincense is one of my favorite everyday oils to keep in the mix
- Marjoram is wonderful for muscles that feel tight or overworked
- Peppermint adds a fresh, cooling touch

Together, it makes a great all-purpose roller for those days when your body is asking for a little extra TLC.

If Harvest Spice Had a Personality…

Harvest Spice would be the warm-hearted gatherer — the one who makes everyone feel welcome, remembered, and wanted.

She’s the friend who lights the candle, puts something comforting on the table, and somehow makes a room feel softer the moment you walk in.

Warm. Grounded. Welcoming. Deeply connected.

She carries the kind of energy that says, “You belong here.”

💬 Harvest Spice Would Say:
“Come in — there’s always room for you.”
“Slow down and savor this moment.”
“You don’t have to do life alone.”
“Connection is one of life’s greatest gifts.”
“Be present with the people who matter most.”

🌿 Vibe:
Cozy
Heart-centered
Inviting
Grateful
Comforting
Connected

Harvest Spice feels like soft light in the kitchen, laughter around the table, a warm drink in your hands, and that deep exhale that comes when you feel safe, seen, and surrounded by your people.

People Often Associate Harvest Spice With:
Belonging
Connection
Community
Gratitude
Emotional warmth
Healthy closeness
Presence

It’s the feeling of togetherness… appreciation… and sweet, meaningful connection.

👯‍♀️ Her Inner Circle:
Wild Orange: the cheerful, joyful friend

Copaiba: the calm emotional support

Frankincense: the grounding wise presence

Clove: the protective, warming strength

Cinnamon: the spark that energizes the room

Together = warmth, joy, gratitude, comfort, and connection.

💁‍♀️ Overall Energy:
Harvest Spice reminds you:
“Make space for connection. Be present. Treasure your people.”

Ways to Use Copaiba

If I had to name one oil I reach for again and again, Copaiba would be high on the list.

It’s one of those oils that fits into so many everyday routines because it blends well with other oils and is easy to use in simple rollers.

In this graphic I shared a few of the ways I personally like to build around Copaiba:
- head tension support
- chest / seasonal comfort
- emotional support
- hand comfort
- foot comfort
- overall body comfort

I love Copaiba because it has a gentle, versatile feel and plays so well with oils like Lavender, Frankincense, Deep Blue, Marjoram, Black Spruce, Peppermint, and Bergamot.

If you already have a bottle at home, this gives you a few simple ideas to try.

💛 A few reminders:
• Dilute well before applying topically
• Start simple — you do not have to use everything at once
• Everyone is different, so pay attention to what your body responds to best

Save this post so you can come back to it later.

Do you use Copaiba often, or is it one you forget to reach for?

🌿 Getting to Know Your Oils: Copaiba – The Oil of Unveiling

Sometimes the strongest people aren't the loudest ones.

Copaiba reminds us that true strength comes from staying calm when life feels chaotic. It encourages us to pause before reacting, helping us respond with wisdom instead of emotion. It's an oil that gently supports emotional balance and helps uncover the peaceful, grounded version of ourselves that has been there all along.

💛 Emotionally, Copaiba may be especially comforting if you:
• Feel easily overwhelmed or emotionally reactive.
• Absorb everyone else's stress.
• Need help slowing racing thoughts.
• Want to feel more steady, safe, and centered.

✨ If Copaiba had a personality...
It would be the quiet friend everyone turns to for advice.

The one who has been through difficult seasons but lets those experiences create compassion instead of bitterness. They don't need to be the center of attention. Their calm presence makes everyone around them feel a little more at peace.

Calm. Wise. Warm.

That's Copaiba.

Essential oils are more than beautiful aromas. Each one has its own emotional story, personality, and unique way of supporting wellness.

✨ If you enjoy this kind of content, you'll love the subscription group. We already have 46 "Getting to Know Your Oils" guides waiting for you, with more added every month. It's quickly becoming one of my favorite resources to create.

My toxic trait is thinking Copaiba belongs in every wellness conversation. 😂🌿

You: “My knee is being dramatic.”
Me: Copaiba.

You: “I overdid it yesterday.”
Me: Copaiba.

You: “I’m making a Deep Blue roller.”
Me: Put some Copaiba in there.

You: “I already took Turmeric.”
Me: Wonderful. Copaiba would like to join the meeting. 😂

You: “… surely Copaiba cannot be the answer to everything.”
Me, holding the bottle:
I didn’t say EVERYTHING. 😏

But there’s a reason this little bottle gets used so much at my house.

Copaiba is one of those oils I love because it plays well with others. I use it by itself, pair it with Turmeric, add it to topical blends with Deep Blue, and reach for it when my body is having one of those “you are definitely not 25 anymore” days.

It isn’t flashy.

It’s more like the quiet friend who shows up, rolls up her sleeves and says…

“Okay. What are we dealing with today?” 😂

Who else has a bottle of Copaiba that somehow never makes it back into the oil box?

HELLO SEPTEMBER 🍂
We’re stepping into a new month, and there are still some really good limited-time favorites available right now!

⭐ My September star is Copaiba
It’s one I reach for again and again and definitely deserves a little spotlight this month.

Also worth highlighting:
🧡 Harvest Spice
🤎 Castor Oil Pack

And the other LTO items shown here have not sold out yet either — which means we can still grab them while they’re here. Some of these have been available for months, but once they’re gone, they’re gone.

If you’ve been thinking about placing an order, this is a great time to stock up on favorites and pick up a few seasonal or special items too.

Look at this little lineup. 💜

Over the past few weeks I’ve been building out my Whole-Body Support Toolbox one section at a time, and now it’s all together in one place.

The ebook includes support ideas for:
- Pain
- Sleep
- Chaos to Calm
- Weight
- Hormones
- Energy & Motivation
- Focus & Brain Fog
- Cortisol / Daily Rhythm

And inside those toolboxes, I’ve layered in things like roller recipes, diffuser blends, acupressure, supplement ideas, simple routines, daily habits and resets.

The goal was never to make you feel like you have to do everything.
It’s to give you options so you can look at what you need today and choose a place to begin.

The 28-page ebook, recipes and printable labels are all available in the subscription group. 💜

🍂 NEW SERIES: THE ACHY SERIES

You know those days when your body just feels a little more… creaky? 😂

Maybe the weather shifts. Maybe you slept wrong. Maybe you did too much. Maybe your legs feel heavy, your neck and shoulders feel tight, or your body is simply asking for a little extra TLC.

So I’m starting a new roller series for the subscription group — simple blends for those everyday “ugh, I’m feeling it today” moments.

We’re starting with:
☀️🌬️ WEATHER SHIFT
It isn’t quite fall yet, but we’re close… sunny days, a little wind whipping through, a few leaves starting to move around — and some of us swear our bodies notice those seasonal changes too.

This is a topical blend I like for days when I’m feeling a little more stiff, tight, tired or creaky than usual.

10 mL Weather Shift Roller
4 Copaiba
3 Turmeric
3 Frankincense
2 Marjoram
2 Cypress
1 Black Pepper

Top with Fractionated Coconut Oil.
Roll it onto areas that could use a little extra topical comfort — knees, hands, shoulders, lower back or tired legs.

Don’t want to make a whole roller? Try it once first:
1 Copaiba
1 Turmeric
1 Frankincense
1 Marjoram
1 Cypress
Mix with a little Fractionated Coconut Oil in your palm and massage into the area.

🌿 Optional: Add a tiny touch of Black Pepper if you enjoy that warming sensation and your skin tolerates it well.

And this is only Day 1.
I have more coming for those slept-wrong mornings, tight neck and shoulders, heavy-leg days, overdid-it days, everyday joints, backs that are talking to us… and more. 😂

Because not all “I’m feeling it today” days are the same.
The rest of the Achy Series + recipes + matching printable labels will be going into my subscription group.
