Ever wonder how close these two blends are emotionally?
Elevation — The Oil of Rising Above
Endless Summer — The Oil of Joyful Presence
Since Elevation has been gone for quite a while, I've had several people ask if Endless Summer feels similar.
After comparing the ingredients and emotional profiles, I'd say these two overlap about 60–70% emotionally.
Both are designed to:
• Lift the mood
• Create optimism
• Encourage joy
• Brighten emotional heaviness
• Feel emotionally expansive
Both also share:
• Citrus notes
• Floral notes
• Osmanthus
• Wood notes
• A sweet, uplifting personality
Where they differ is in the feeling they create.
Elevation has more of a:
"Rise above this."
The Melissa, Lavender, Clary Sage, and Lavandin gave it a calming, emotionally supportive quality. It's the blend I think of when someone needs encouragement, hope, or a reminder that brighter days are ahead.
Endless Summer feels more like:
"Let's enjoy life."
The Wild Orange, Grapefruit, Green Mandarin, Jasmine Sambac, Tonka Bean, and tropical notes make it feel warmer, lighter, more carefree, and playful.
When I look at the ingredient list for Endless Summer, it almost feels like someone asked:
"How do we create that same uplifting, joyful feeling, but make it brighter, sunnier, and more modern?"
Not a replacement formula, but emotionally it fills a very similar niche.
If you loved Elevation, there's a very good chance you'll love Endless Summer too.
To me, Endless Summer feels like Elevation's carefree summer vacation cousin.
One thing to keep in mind: Elevation was part of the permanent collection for many years. Endless Summer is a limited-time seasonal blend.
If you've tried both, I'd love to hear your thoughts. Which one speaks to you more?
