Rotisserie chicken!!! We like quick and easy solutions and nothing says easy like NOT cooking! Rotisserie is great because you can grab them at your favorite local grocery store or market. They usually come in a variety of seasonings. It's great for a family dinner or even food prepping for future meals. Pair it with a microwaveable steamer bag of veggies and you got a whole five minute meal with little to no effort!

It's okay to be uncomfortable when you start your fitness journey, no matter when you start it. Our goal is always to get you comfortable with all kinds of exercises and all kinds of equipment. Weights shouldn't be scary. They're for everyone and all fitness levels. No matter what your goal is, there's always room for trying things that might seem scary. In the end, isn't doing the things that are challenging the things that make us grow???

IF YOU'VE BEEN FOLLOWING ALONG...

Starting the new year, we dropped post after post about how to make changes to our habits, nutrition, and mental fortitude. So what did you learn???

Change starts with one small thing.
Consistency is the key to long term change.
It's about progress not perfection.
There's no perfect way to eat or do things.
It's okay to make mistakes.
It's okay to enjoy life, it will not ruin progress.

That's it. There's no secret to success other than showing up and keep doing what you're doing. You don't need any more tools. You've got everything you need to succeed!

That means no swinging, no rushing, and no cheating the movement.
