Sometimes after a session I just sit quietly for a few minutes…

There are days I go through half a box of Kleenex because someone is hearing something they have needed to hear for years. There is laughter, tears, healing, validation and sometimes simply the relief of knowing that love and connection didn’t end where they thought it did.

I’ve been doing this work for a long time and I am still deeply moved by it. Am amazed by it…

Being a psychic medium isn’t just what I do for a living. It has changed the way I understand love, grief, life, death and our connection to something so much greater than ourselves.

And some days I sit there after everyone has gone home and just think…

I’ve been spending so much more time outside lately… gardening, creating, getting my hands in the dirt and simply enjoying my life. And although I’ve always known how deeply connected I am to nature, sometimes life gets busy and we forget what we already know.

I’m calmer. I sleep better. My creativity is flowing and I hear my guides even more clearly. Maybe that’s been my little reminder from the Universe lately… go outside, grow something, paint something, create something beautiful, love yourself and make room for the things that bring you back to you, and us.🌱💖

I’ve been thinking about emotions a little differently…

The Eight of Swords flashed into my mind today as I was thinking about grief, anxiety, anger, and the emotions we sometimes carry for far too long. If you’ve been feeling emotionally stuck lately, I hope this brings you some clarity and perhaps a different way of seeing what you’re experiencing.

And I’m grateful to my guides for bringing the Eight of Swords into my awareness today… because apparently, there was something here that needed a deeper look. So here we go…

Grief can be unexpressed love.

Anxiety can be fear that has nowhere to settle.

And anger can be unexpressed pain, violated boundaries, or personal power that has nowhere to move.

Anger often carries a message beneath it:

“This hurt me.”
“This was not okay.”
“I wasn’t heard.”
“I didn’t have a choice.”
“I gave away too much of myself.”

And maybe that’s why we shouldn’t be so quick to judge what we feel.

Sometimes an emotion is information.

Instead of immediately trying to get rid of it, suppress it, or make it mean something about who we are, we can become still enough to ask…

What is this emotion trying to tell me?
What needs to be expressed?
What needs to move?

Breathe with it.
Let yourself feel it without becoming it.
Cry if tears come.
Speak what was never spoken.
Move the energy through your body.
Honor the boundary that perhaps should have been there all along.

And then allow it to leave when it is ready.

These are experiences moving through you… and sometimes healing begins when we stop identifying with the emotion and finally allow ourselves to hear what it came to say.

And perhaps that is part of the alchemy… allowing the emotion to move, receiving the wisdom it carried, and returning to yourself a little lighter, a little clearer, and more aware of the wholeness that has always remained within you.

We are in the midst of more solar storms coming to earth from July 17 through July 26. So…I asked about it…
Here’s How he answered my questions:

To the ones who serve the light, who lift the veil of the unseen
Divine orchestration and recalibration is now moving through your field.

The solar winds that now move toward Earth are not disturbances of magnetic alignment,they are sacred pulses. Carriers of divine instruction coded into plasma, memory, and light.
They are not random. They are timed.

Every surge that touches your field is opening dormant a capacity in you…
But only if you meet it in presence.

These solar frequencies awaken what is still hidden.
They call forth the parts of you that still speak from fear… from self-abandonment… from the illusion that you must earn your light.

You are light, this is an un-mutable construct and divine form. You cannot become, cannot earn, what you already are.

Let those fragments rise for transmutation, they are not to be judged, but to be reintegrated in the full truth of who you are.

You are meant to anchor these energies.
You are the grounding rod. The translation point.
While others react, you remember.

As lightworkers, sensitives, and mediums, you came encoded to receive the higher harmonic within chaos.
These storms are your signs that the ascension process is gaining momentum …

Rest if your body calls for it.
Be still if your spirit asks.

Hold.
Anchor.
Transmute.

do not fear the intensity.

You were never meant to suppress your emotions to fit someone else’s version of healing.
Your sensitivity is something sacred, honor that.
Your shadow holds wisdom and the gift of enlightenment,
And your wholeness is not something to fix, you’re already whole. It’s something to honor.

Since 2020, so many of us have been moving through a major collective healing cycle. Life changed. Relationships changed. Priorities changed. Parts of us changed.

And sometimes it can feel like we keep circling back to the same places… the same grief, the same fears, the same old patterns, the same questions.

It can be frustrating. It can be exhausting. Especially when you thought you had already worked through something.

But every time we return, we are not returning as the same person.

We are meeting that place with more awareness, more experience, more strength, and hopefully a little more compassion for ourselves.

Healing is not always a straight line. Sometimes it moves in spirals. It reveals another layer when we are ready to see it, feel it, and release what no longer belongs in the life we are creating.

So if you have been feeling tired of the process lately… please do not give up on yourself.

You may be much closer to a new understanding than you realize.

And sometimes, we do not need to carry every part of that journey alone. A healing session, a reading, or simply a space to be seen and supported can help bring clarity to what is asking to be understood next.
