Okay gym friends, this is Memorial Day weekend. I hope that many of you will complete some version of the Murph this weekend but at least by June 1st. Please sign the paper showing that you did any version. Our senior group will be doing it on the 28th so if you think you can’t do it, come do it with us at 8:30am! It’s that time again! Almost Memorial Day and time to do the Hero WOD to honor the men and women who have fallen in service to our country. Complete the “Murph” workout and sign that you did by June 1. (Any version). The gym will donate $5 per person to the Marine Corp League of the Shoals for their Toys for Tots program. Start your summer off right!
