What if you are not behind?
This tree reminded me that growth is rarely symmetrical.

Its branches twist in different directions.
Some are long.
Some are short.
Some seem to reach out while others curl inward.

Yet every branch is covered in blossoms.

Nature never asks a tree why it didn't bloom sooner.
It never compares one branch to another.

It simply allows each part to unfold in its own time.

Many of us spend years comparing our journey to someone else's.

The Enneagram teaches us that each personality type unfolds differently.
Family Constellations reminds us that some of our delays may not even belong to us alone.
Color Therapy invites us to reconnect with the energy that supports our growth.

Perhaps the question is not:

"Why am I not further along?"

Perhaps the question is:

"What within me is ready to blossom now?"

There are moments when life asks us to pause…
to listen more deeply…
to reconnect with what we may have pushed aside.

I will be holding an in-person Family Constellations workshop in Los Altos this August.

Journey to Oneness is a gentle, experiential space where we begin to explore what lives beneath the surface. The parts of ourselves that were silenced, the stories that were never spoken, and the connections that still shape us today.

In this work, we are reminded that everyone and everything belongs.
And when something has been excluded, it often continues to seek a place within us.

This one-day workshop offers an opportunity to slow down, to be held in a supportive field, and to allow movement toward greater clarity, connection, and inner alignment.

Because of the deeply personal nature of this work, the group is intentionally kept small.
Spaces are very limited, allowing for a safe and supportive environment where each person can be seen and held in their process.
